Excellent Staff, quality food and drinks, good size resort not too big. Hotel is beautiful with plenty of activities, lots of restaurants and very friendly staff. Lazy River was the best of all. Good kids park.

Night shows were lacking, no real theater. Adult side not really monitored for people bringing kids. Room service only came once during 4 day visit, had to hunt them down for service, mini bar was not re stocked. Some activities are extra and are expensive.

The food was great. The service waiters were friendly and very respectful and responsive. The shows weren’t that great but lovely. The sports bar is by far one of the best spots in the location.

Some of the front desk staff were a bit short and not very helpful especially as it concerns booking modifications. Check in was very slow. We spent a couple hours to get everyone checked it Edgar from the photoshop is extremely rude and condescending. Take note to buy your photos cost $20 per shot! What a rip-off

Beautiful property. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Excellent beach. Friendly staff. Plenty of activities to keep you busy or just relax and unwind as we had the swim out type room.

Booked king suite gave me two double beds for first two nights. Switched on third night but had to be without a room from noon to 4pm after being promised it would be ready at noon. Watched others check in as we sat there waiting for our room to be ready. New room had the king bed but then the toilet backed up and the AC didn’t really work. Felt I was being punished for asking for the type room I had originally booked anyway.

I enjoyed the swim out pool, cleanliness of the facilities, and good atmosphere. The food was amazing too. However, you need to go to dinner early or you won't get into the restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The price was great too.

The adult scene side of the resort was boring in comparison to the family side. There wasn't enough fun at the pool and checking took too long. The family side is beautiful and has all of the events.

The bartenders and staff in general they were so nice.

No one told us about the resort we did alot of finding out last min that we were close to alot of restaurants and bars but we walked over to the other side which was unnecessary we stayed in building 14 all the action was in building 15 and we were unaware. A tour would be nice

The staff were amazing and so was the adult scene side restaurants, Catch and Brazillian. I have to mention the following staff who where amazing. Máximo Ernesto (Rocky) the Terminator Maria Jose

The evening entertainment was awful also housekeeping wasn’t the best. Corridors towards our room where not cleaned in the two weeks we were there . Hit and miss whether you got replenishment of tea, coffee and waters.

location of room was great. love the walk up bars and restaurants. big property.

check in was a little messy. couldn’t find our reservation. our butler was not on par for star class. facilities need upkeep as it look like painting started but was not finished in certain places. room always had a damp smell.

I like the nice size suite which was big. Also, the 11 restaurants that were located onsite as well. We loved the buffet at So Cal which was our go to for breakfast and dinner.

The poolside and theatre entertainment (music) needs to be more upbeat/variety not just disco. We went to the steakhouse (Strip) on 2 different occasions and were told 28 and 24 families were waiting ahead of us. We went over to La Concina and 18 families were waiting to be seated.

My favorite part of the property was the swim up bar Andres and Moses kept the drinks coming.

The adult side is a little smaller than I expected.
