Great little budget hotel Very basic room but the A/C worked and the shower was hot. Cleaning staff kept room very clean. Pool area also in good condition. Within walking distance of local restaurants, grocery store and a mall with McDonalds. Dominos Pizza and Chinese food.

Non of the rooms had working safes or means for making a tea or coffee.

Super clean space, rooms were comfortable and spacious and close to where we wanted it to be. Great value for the money we paid, as we just needed a place to sleep after our day activities. The pool was huge and clean, it was a great little find!

The mattresses and pillows are not the most comfortable, but someone from the staff team managed to find us a couple more comfortable pillows. There isn't a cafeteria at this hotel, that would've made a difference to at least be able to purchase coffee, snacks or even water without crossing the busy intersection. No pool towels are provided either.

Location and cleanliness of bathroom. The CO-WORK space with fee included with the room; and coffee and water available. Very good wifi connexion everywhere. The fence was removed near the beach: VERY NICE INDEED.

Loud techno music all day long. It would have been nice to hear the waves and read a book quietly at some point . Having to pay in order to enjoy a beach chair. Pool needs a paint job.

Facilities are ok, clean.

We arrive during the morning and wasn't possible to let our bags in the storage, and also we couldn't use the other facilities like the pool in the same time we receive the room, due to that we had to walk around the city with all our bags waiting until 3pm to receive the room.

We only stayed for one night as we landed in cancun but used the pool in the morning which was fab. Aircon in room was also fab.

Slightly outdated, but not a problem at all as the room was clean, aircon was great and loved the pool. The outside roads of the hotel are a bit less built up but we didn’t leave the hotel during our stay so not a major problem.

Clean, cheapest option for its kind

The neighborhood is terrible. somebody got murdered in the street. the dead body was still there…

Senior manager was affable and helpful, kitchen staff were kind and helpful, good location and pool

Fire alarms need batteries, slow internet only available in the main area. Hot tub not functional. Another guest bothered me, even knocking on my room, but the management handled it gracefully. Excellence of management and staff made up for any problems

Friendly staff, comfy beds, warm showers and TV channels in English. Cheap drinks at the reception.

Noise from the busy road but not too bad.

The place was very clean, the staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is located close to the bus station and a walking distance from the ferry to the Isla Mujeres.

Location was great as it was on the outskirts of downtown with many shops and restaurants, and then within walking distance of the beach.
