I liked the location, the views, villa was spacious and very comfortable, the amenities it offered and the cold cold AC.

The food was not that great. Didn't like that the menu at the restaurant by the pool changed at 5pm and only offered pizza and salad. I didn't like the pushiness to attend the presentation to become an owner. If were asked once and the answer is no, that should be acceptable.

Absolutely beautiful resort and location! The views of ocean are stunning, and the infinity pool is amazing. It’s heated to a comfortable temperature if needed. Hammocks available for napping. The beach is just steps away, and the water and beach are fantastic. We liked that it was not all inclusive so that we could dine at many of the amaxing and eclectic restaurants that Cancùn offers, all within walking or a short bus or taxi ride from the resort. However, resort and pool side dining is available. Our room was clean and modern. Excellent staff and service!! This resort is also directly across the street from an outdoor mall that includes luxury shopping and dining, and a small supermarket is about 3 blocks walking. Very convenient for picking up items for your room. We went through about 2 dozen mangos in 6 days!

I liked the ocean view and the amenities. I enjoyed the beach, the pools, the morning yoga and the aqua aerobics at noon. The beaches were beautiful and the hotel was in close walking distance to both the Soriana for groceries and La Isla for restaurants and shopping. All the staff were really friendly. Enjoyed having a kitchenette and a washer and dryer. The room was spacious.

The room was joined to another room and we could hear a kid having temper tantrums. They left a letter at our room to come down to get our welcome package and welcome drinks which were either a pina colada or coffee of the day. The welcome drink ended up being a lame americano coffee and I was not even able to pay the difference to get a nicer drink like a latte or cappuccino. This welcome drink was a disappointment. Really…how much does a drink cost in comparison to your stay at this hotel. They could do better.

We stayed in a 1 bdrm suite with pool view. Property was well maintained and beautiful. Our room was nice and spacious and fully stocked with all soaps and detergents -even free laundry detergent. The kitchen was a great way to save a little money on food. Pretty good size unit for a family of 4. Location was amazing too -across the street from Isla shopping center. King bed was extremely comfortable and soundproofing was perfect. We slept really well.

The bathtub had a hair that wasn't ours. And the washing machine was a little weird. The water level didn't ever seem to fill up past the clothes and we didn't even have a lot of clothes in the machine. Regardless, the place was fabulous!

We had a one bedroom villa and it’s exactly perfect for a family. Our room is very spacious and the bathroom too! The room has the amenities perfect for a long stay. The kitchen is packed with everything we needed from pots to dishwashing liquid and sponge. The laundry in the room is perfect since we only had small carry on luggage with us. The vacuum was helpful to clean up our mess. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool is PERFECT, overlooking the beautiful ocean. The pool is so big its visible when we were in the plane! The location is perfect, close to a grocery store and right next to a bus stop. It’s also right across a mall. The resort is very quiet, perfect for fun and relaxation. They also offer free activities in the resort.

The jets in our tub wasn’t working properly and the lock in our sliding door was broken. I thought our room would be an ocean view, but it wasn’t. They were also very aggressive in selling timeshare. Beware that they will offer for u to attend a sales talk in exchange for discounts at excursions. Dont do it, its cheaper to buy tickets to excursions online or at expedia.

Such a great apartment, fit 4 adults very comfortably! Perfect little kitchen facility in room too! Great facilities with beach and pools. Pool bar and Happy hour also great. Breakfast was delicious! All staff were very helpful.

Food options in the evening were not great! One or two options, some requiring pre booking in advance. Also, beware when booking rooms with “breakfast included”. Need to read the fine print to see that it only includes breakfast for 2 people, for a 4 person room. Slightly disappointing, especially when room was advertised as breakfast included!

Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the experience. Attentive and friendly staff. Excellent maid room service. Ate at Oceans restaurant buffet breakfast and Italian dinner night and food was ok, not great. Dune sports bar food and drinks were good. But we didn’t go there for the food, we went there for the awesome beach location and pools. Surprisingly, the bed linens were not our Favorite - sheets were stiff and noisy and the blanket on the pull out couch bed was thin and scratchy.

Huge; clean; friendly; entertaining ; barbecue areas everywhere and everything you need you can always find at the grocery store on the property and shopping mall across the street

Sea weed on the beach and the one thing they should make better is Pina colada’s (not good)

I love the location of the property, the pool, restaurants and the staff

The room given to us was right by the sports bar and as early as 6am, you hear the staff pushing some trays, a lot noise early in the morning that woke me up the whole time we stayed even after telling the front desk about the noise. And they don’t clean the room everyday and had to ask for new towels on the days they didn’t clean our room.
