I loved the location and how charming the place is. The staff is very attentive, always available and ready to answer any questions. I arrived without a car or golf cart, and they immediately arranged taxis for me. Everything was smooth and easy. The island is stunning. I truly recommend this property I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in many places, and this is definitely one I would come back to, either with my partner or family.

The only small thing is the shower. It’s beautiful with the seashell design, but a bit impractical if you want to wash your body without getting your hair wet. Still, it fits perfectly with the room’s aesthetic and looks amazing.

This was our 2nd visit to Icaco in 10 months. Location 10/10. Staff/Service 10/10. Willingness to go out of the way to help us in whatever way possible. Our flights were such that we landed up at the hotel by 10 am. Luckily, the room which we had booked was vacated by 9am. They quickly managed to clean up the room for us and provided the room almost 5 hrs earlier than usual check-in time. They didn't charge us anything for it. Arranged taxis and golf carts, made several recommendations on places to eat and visit, special shout to out to Ms Ardhara(sorry if I got your name wrong), and to Martha from housekeeping department. Got our clothes laundered within 2 to 3 hrs. Was very helpful to cater to any of our needs. Location is perfect as it is away from the major noisy part of the island, yet it's not too far away. We took golf carts as we liked to visit multiple places all through the day. There is a beautiful beach bang opposite the property where we saw the sunrise every morning. Spectacular!

This was such a gorgeous hotel! We were in our own building with a kitchenette and sofa downstairs and a bedroom with the most amazing en suite, then a balcony with a much needed hammock. Our stay was absolute bliss, helped by the wonderful staff who go out of their way to help. Adeymar was especially great, attending to our every need and always friendly and chatty.

If the kitchenette was more kitted out - with a sink, tea towels etc. then everything would have been perfect.

We stayed in 3different places in Mexico during our holiday and this was the best!! Super clean rooms, amazing bed and breakfast is in room service with a great view to the sea! Breakfast was a big portion, fruits croissant and fresh juice and yogurt with granola, very delicious!! Receptionist lady was very kind, gave us recommendations where to eat etc, called us taxi whenever we needed. Cleaner ladies are very nice and thorough, our room was immaculate every day. Rooftop is very nice with the small swimming pool and sun beds. Location is great, we rented bikes once and other days just walked, it’s not far from the center and the beach. I can only recommend this place! Very professional staff and comfortable rooms:)

This place is perfect!

We loved our stay at Icaco Island Village. It is a beautiful property which was kept very clean throughout our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop pool was beautiful and lovely to watch the sunset from. The breakfasts were also amazing! The property is around a thirty minute walk from the town- we rented a golf buggy for one day and used WhatsApp to order taxis if we didn’t want to walk. Loved our stay here!

Icaco Village looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The rooms are gorgeous, and the rooftop pool and lounge area is perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean. The bed was really comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic with fresh fruit. It is only a 10-minute walk to restaurants and a little supermarket, but there are always many taxis going up and down the road to take you further if wanted. Adhara is an amazing host, and she was able to point me to the best restaurants, cafes, and activities on the island. I only booked one night here, but if I could have changed my flight, I would have loved to stay for a few more nights.

Absolutely gorgeous room exactly like the pictures. Bonus was the roof terrace - fresh water pool/plunge, day beds swings. The room is set up to grab food in if you need, but town is a short walk away and taxis super cheap. Staff were brilliant - so kind, caring, really really helpful. They can tell you the best places to go, sort you a taxi - they even helped with with onward travel. Lovely fresh breakfast delivered by locals. The water pressure is good , and hot! Just gorgeous

Nothing major AT ALL, there's a slightly busy road right outside so I didn't use my hammock, but you don't really notice it on the roof, and you'll probably go to playa norte all day.

Excellent Service, Great location and the views!!!!! We stayed in the king suite. There are just 4 rooms in total. So, if you're looking for privacy, this is it. Room was exactly how the pictures show in booking.com. Victoria and Adaara are very kind in answering all our doubts, arranging our golf carts, taxi, suggesting some brilliant places to see, to eat, including some hidden gems. The house keeping staff specially Martha is very nice, keep the place super clean and are quick to respond to any service that you need. A nice little beach bang opposite the hotel was just perfect for our sunrise views. Definitely going to stay here again if Isla Mujeres becomes our holiday dest again(highly likely).

A bit noisy(traffic noise and that too just loud golf carts) due to the road, but not going to make you have sleepless nights. Not a deal breaker at all.

The room was spacious and beatiful. We loved the rooftop area and that there was a little natural beach area across the street without any other people. Breakfast was excellent and so fresh every morning.

The road is quite near so if you are sensitive to noices like me you can hear the cars by night, it didn't bother my husband though. The location is a bit far from the downtown but we did enjoy walking and its easy to get a taxi anywhere on the island.
