I had the top floor with a corner view of the Ocean and town. It had beautiful views . The location was close to restaurants, grocery stores and very walkable neighborhood. Yet it was quiet . Nice swimming pool . Plenty of closet space. Modern vibe style

I have only one complaint, It needed more accessible outlets for charging devices Phones, iPads etc…. There was one outlet that the Coffee maker , fridge and tv are pugged into. And the other one was behind the bed , not only was it in a odd location it didn’t work. If you have devices to charge you may need to bring your own extension cord and power strip.

This hotel was clean and beautiful. I loved the open air style and the pool was beautiful. The best part of the room is the balcony looking out over the ocean. The constant waves crashing over the rocky coast provided a soothing soundtrack to our stay. The concierge was very helpful and even made restaurant reservations for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

One minor drawback was the water pressure was quite low. Showers took a little longer but what's your rush? You're on island time!

I love the view of the ocean and the balcony. The AC worked great. Overall my family and myself loved the stay and that everything was all walking distance.

I felt the shower was too small for the elderly or a handicap person. The toilet handle was wobbly and it had to be push in then flushed.

Incredible sunrises each morning from 3rd floor. If you love the sounds of the ocean, this can't be beat. Easy access to the main plaza and a short walk to North Beach but go early for best sun and swimming before it gets crowded.

Wish they still provided brewed coffee in the open lobby downstairs, but there is hot water and a microwave.

Rocamar’s location right on the ocean was stunningly beautiful! We loved having our little private balcony with chairs, small table, and hammock to enjoy the waves crashing on the coastline and the amazing colors of the water, as well as the seagulls, frigate birds, and pelicans flying by!

The only minor detail is that housekeepers would leave the television on after cleaning our room, so we would enter the room with the music channel playing somewhat loudly. We would have preferred the TV to stay turned off. Other than that, the housekeepers did a fantastic job cleaning the room.

The hotel itself is only 2 short blocks - 200 meters - from the ferry terminal. The room was a 1 bed (king) with 2 nightstands,1 chair, a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and a small TV with cable ; there was a balcony which had a beautiful "ocean" view, and 2 chairs and a Hammock. The bathroom was a glass cage with curtains - had hot water and a hair dryer. It served its purpose. Nothing fancy. The pool was nice and the room service lady was very nice and friendly. The only usable beach was "PUNTA NORTE" and it was only 6 blocks away ( walking thru the market area to get there). Use the TAXIs, the golf carts looked a little expensive. Hotel and room was very clean.

The only beach was PUNTA NORTE.......everything else around the island is ROCKY and dangerous.

Great location. About 100m ferry terminal. Nice pool and nice ocean view. Fridge in the room for drinks and milk etc.

TV remote didn't work (in fact TV was a bit old) and AC remote couldn't change temp.

Great location close to everything on foot and just at the edge of the hustle and bustle, with a sea wall and ocean right next door. The steady sound of the ocean was soothing. Felt safe walking day and night to the great restaurants closeby, and an easy walk to the ferry terminal. Loved the pool and the hammock on the balcony!

There was some confusion on check in and we didn’t get the room we booked, but we managed to get it straightened out and switched rooms after 2 nights in a room we were not happy with. After the switch we couldn’t have been happier- updated room, one large bed, incredible view and semi private balcony on the top floor! Note that the mattresses are pretty firm. Also there was not much shade by the pool til later afternoon and it was too windy to use the umbrellas, which meant we were sometimes limited in using this space at the peak of heat.

Best view on the Island. Pleasant helpful staff. Room was clean. All in all a nice stay.

The shower head sprayed out of the shower area. Three light were out in the room. Not as clean as in the past, especially the outside walkways and stairs. Pool was green and water was not changed so we didn’t use it.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the port, the local square, and a short walk to the beach. The pool was clean, not crowded and a good size.

Room cleanliness should be improved, especially in the bathroom. Rooms have only the bare essentials.
