Nice friendly hotel. You do get what you pay for. Comfortable beds, good hot water shower, plentiful breakfast. In the back you have a sort of rooftop area where you can seat and have a pleasant rest. Free drinking water machines around the place – nice perk. Also free shower facilites if you need one after your check out.

Curtains should be blackout, One if the rooms we got gave to a corridor that was lit all night long.

Not fancy, but cozy, well maintained and clean. A/C worked great. Balcony overlooking Hidalgo, great for people watching, listening to the music and the energy of “downtown.” Easy, wonderful walk to Playa Norte and Palapa Leidy’s beach club where our new best friend Luis took care of us! Also steps away from grocery, restaurants, shops and bars. Best vacation ever, far better than any All-Inclusive resort. Freedom and feeling you’re part of a community. Didn’t want to leave!

Stopped offering continental breakfast sometime after we booked, but not a major concern. Are coming up with an optional plan including breakfast, but wasn’t available yet. Such great options close by, we didn’t miss it.

The location was perfect as was the price. The staff was kind & helpful as I left my laptop in the room & came back to the states. They called me at the airport I’m Cancun & would bring it to me, however I was boarding the flight so they shipped it back to the US without any problems. They were very responsive. it’s also worth reiterating, it was in a perfect location.  You should know the 1st floor is actually up a flight of stairs, 2nd fl is up 3 flights, etc. that was the only “surprise.”

Great location, lovely room, decent hot shower, super comfy bed and the safe even had a charging point inside so we could leave phones and other devices on charge safely while we were out. When we arrived, we spotted that the window on our room didn't lock - we let the reception know and they moved us to another room without issue rather than waiting for their handman. Staff are all lovely too, we extended our stay as we liked it so much.

Noise from the street is audible at night. Not bad, but it can be heard until late.

Fabulous location in the middle of the action, therefore a short walk to everywhere. Excellent air condition, quiet and cold.

Water presure and temperature control was a challenge but that seems the norm on Mexico Islands. (Our third Mexico island trip.)

The staff are amazing. The light breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Rooms are clean and the beds were good. You could see the ocean from our room, 306, out of the window and if you opened the door you could watch the sunrise. Safe area, central to the down town. Short walk to the beach, grocery store and golf cart rental. I left my Kindle and they even ran it down to me at the ferry. Would stay again only on the first or second floor 😉.

There were only a few things, 1) no elevator 2) no place to hang wet items except the closet or on the shower last or 3) no in room coffee maker.

This one is all about the location, you will be at the center of it all and walking distance from everything you need. Staff were very helpful and the common facilities were very useful. We arrived before checking so they took care of our bags as well as put our valuables on a safe so we could go enjoy the beach until it was time for check in. Great and quick breakfast to get you started early.

Room was small but that we knew when we booked. The pillows and bed were uncomfortable and the bed was smaller than a queen size bed.

A reception to welcome me; friendly staff and able to answer my questions. Room perfect for solo traveller. Everything worked. Even a window and view.

Bed was a little short in length so for someone tall may be a problem. I liked everything and wished I had booked 2 nights here instead of one.

I liked everything. I was surprised about location, basically this was in the main street of the island and about 2 minutes walk to the main and the most beautiful beach. Lot of bars and restaurants with live music around. We had the possibility to cook in our room, also there was the fridge. Our room was not to the street side, so it was so quiet at nights. We had 2 double beds for 2 people and the beds were so comfortable. Big bathroom, no problems with hot water. Good breakfast with toast, yogurt, fruits and coffee. Wifi was a bit weak sometimes but it was ok considering that were are on island. And the ferry trip was nice! I really recommend.

Hard to find, really good stay considering that we paid.

The location was very close to all restaurants, shops and the beach. The room was a bit smaller for 2 people, it had an air conditioner and window. The breakfast was included, fresh fruit, toast, coffee/tea, fresh juice, granola and yogurt, delicious and very convenient having during rainy mornings.

They need to install more hooks or laundry cords to hang wet clothes.
