Location was excellent. We had the family room which was a nice big size. Large bathroom and deck. There was a small kitchen so we were able to make our breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. The staff was very friendly especially housekeeping. Great air conditioning. A little noisy with the roof top t fan at night but it wasn’t a big problem for us as we enjoyed the evening entertainment near by nightly. Down side would have just been the lack of water in the kitchen so we did our dishes in the washroom.

on the outside it doesn’t really looks like a hotel bc its the entry of a restaurant but the rooms are very cute and were big enough. you sleep above the resaturant so until 11pm its not quiet but that was ok bc after that there isn’t any noise. the put extra glass before the door and windows to make the room even more quiet. & the bed was just perfect! Very comfortable and soft you could darken the room with ‘el angel de la habitacion’. You’ll have to find out what that means by staying there! cute shampoo, soaps and conditioner. Also the ac worked perfect! i really enjoyed my stay here.

if i really have to choose something it would be the wifi. it works but not in every place in the room.

Stayed at Belmar to be close by the morning ferry. Honestly, we were so impressed. Our room was 3rd floor and was a huge suite with kitchenette, dining table, sofa, huge bathroom, balcony w hot tub & king bed. It was immaculate and, surprisingly, no noise at all! What a great value! If you have an issue with mobility, the stairs are steep & narrow. Lots of hot water and very good water pressure. AC was super cold and too efficient as there wasn't a blanket on the bed or anything other than sheet so we cut back on the AC...a cost savings for Belmar. Website offered a 10% discount at the downstairs Restaurant Ronaldo. The breakfast was delicious w friendly staff.

Love the feel of the place right downtown had windows wide open all day the restaurant is downstairs so plan on noise at 5am as it is a restaurant that opens up early. Great value would go back. We loved you could walk everywhere

No free water no free coffee in morning 😢 we stayed at 3 other places that trip all had water and coffee for free. Wish they had a microwave in room

Location was great, the room was cute.

It was super noisy. You could hear every sound from the streets and from the restaurant below. It was impossible to sleep. It was loud. I am not sensitive for noise. But this was sooo loud!!

I want Mexico when I go to Mexico and this is what it is. Trickling water pressure, slow water flushing and authentic tiles, veranda and walking score. This is the saltiest air and water I’ve ever experienced and things get worn out fast. Treasurable experience, thank you🙏

Safe was broken

bed was comfortable! it was a cute little room right on the heart of the shopping and restaurant area.

the only downside is that is pretty loud, since you are staying in such a busy street if get very loud and probably hard to sleep for some. I was pretty tired so I sleep just fine but my husband didn’t and my family that was staying in the same hotel but different room, they told me they had to use earplugs to sleep. other than that is a very cute hotel with a delicious restaurant in the first floor.

The location was amazing, easy to find and very centrally located. They had towels for 50 pesos to take to the beach. Bed was super comfortable. Even with the sound of the restaurant outside it wasn’t overly loud.

Would have been nice to have a pool but not necessary as you go to Isla Mujeres to enjoy the beach and the island.

Everything! It's the perfect location, it's very clean, very beautiful, close to the ferry and the beach. A lot of restaurants and little stands near by, feels very safe to walk by.

There was one guy in the staff that was not very friendly but there was a girl the next day and she was cool, but both very polite, helpful and professional.

The property is in the middle of the town, but not loud at all. But we had the room, that is not on the main road. The AC is working good and the bed is comfortable.

The shower could have had more pressure
