Room was clean and simple, nothing fancy. Shower had good hot water. Had a leaky toilet, but told the front desk and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Location is close to everything.

The locked gate system at night is a disaster. The guy who was supposed to come unlock it would take forever to unlock it and the last night we stayed he was asleep in the chair and wouldn't wake up and I ended up having to just force my way into the gate and he never even saw us go past him. Maybe get a better method or give the guests a key to the gate with their room key so they don't have to wait to go to their room. This was extremely frustrating.

The room was well equiped with the microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Had a good bed and a nice table and chairs. The shower always had hot water and was a good size. Great location, near the beach and restaurants and bars just steps away. Even with those businesses close by, the hotel was very quiet and the pool was great.

Cleaning of the bathroom mirror would have been nice.

The hotel was in the central part of the city. Just across the street, there were plenty of shops and restaurants. Also, the beach was just minutes away. The pool at the hotel was clean, every day.

I know I was in Mexico, but it would have been nice to have some english television stations.

the location, room and pool were all perfect. right on hidalgo in the heart of centro. the pool area was very nice. the room was very large. overall terrific

what i learned is that there are rooms that face poolside and that i would recommend. my room faced hidalgo not too far from two restaurants that stayed open till 2am with loud music.

The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a minor problem and they fixed it quickly. The pool is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. I have stayed here many times and will do so again.

The pool was clean. Good number of chairs around it. Housekeeping did a good job every day. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. A/C worked very well. Right in the heart of shopping etc. but the room was very quiet. 2 block walk to the North Beach area.

No parking on site but that couldn't be helped because the street is pedestrian only.

Excellent location, on the main street which is walking area, few steps to the restaurants and to the shops. Nice organisation of the space, terrace, pool, garden. Every day cleaning.

Nice staff and great pool. The balcony was nice. The location is perfect- easy to walk to Playa Norte and to all the bars and restaurants.

Location is perfect, right near playa Norte, on a lively yet not too loud road. Close to the ferry from Cancun (we walked with 4 suitcases. Took just a few minutes). The pool is amazing, we were very happy to be on the top floor and not entrance, for a little extra privacy. The staff is nice and helpful, but their English isn't amazing. Good enough though... All in all, great place for the price. We would stay here again!

The sheets on the bed weren't the cleanest, and the appliances could have been newer/cleaner. But nothing was too bad. Would be nice to have option for rental of transportation from the hotel- golf carts or bikes (which we rented down the road, and were great for riding around the island!)
