Spacious room which was nice and cool with the fan and air con. Location is right on the main street and noise wasn't an issue despite there being live music just across from the balcony on the roof of a restaurant. Doesn't tend to go on past midnight and never disturbed us. Check in was straight forward and we were able to pay extra for a few more hours on last day due to flight time.

The kitchenette could use a sharp knife for dealing with fruit and a towel for drying the dishes. The balcony doors could also use a net curtain of some kind as although the glass is tinted this is not enough for privacy from the restaurant across the road. We had to keep the curtains closed and lights on most of the time as naturally we didn't want to be wearing much in the room.

The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony. There was hot water in the shower with good water pressure. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. The staff was kind. The towels were changed daily. They also allowed us to leave the bags at the reception after check-out. The location was perfect - very close to the nicest beach on the island.

There was no drinkable water provided and the kitchen wasn't equipped very well (no knife nor spoon). There were also loud and scary noises during the night (probably coming from some pipes).

The place was quite good for the price, very clean, the check-in was easy, the personnel were kind and very helpful. The location is also quite good, not so far away from downtown and the beach, and the neighborhood was quite safe to walk even late in the night

Nothing wrong with the hotel, but the island is slowly loosing its original charm from the "good old days": everything is "americanized" and the original spirit of a Mayan island in the Caribbean is mostly lost... A huge pity...

Perfect location on Calle Hidalgo, close to everything in Playa Norte. I had a room at the back, so there wasn't too much street noise and my balcony was private. Clean, comfortable and exactly what I was looking for.

Wifi is really weak and kept cutting out, but it wasn't a major issue because I had a Mexican SIM card for data.

Great location in the heart of everything close to North Beach. The room is spacious there's always someone at the front desk it's very safe. I will say the bed is a little hard but that's the only negative.

First of all the music at the Restaurant/Bar in front of the hotel stops at 11pm, so at least for us it was not an issue. That said, it's not a luxury hotel (it's a 3 star). In any case, it provides an excellent price vs cost ratio. Definitely recommended!

Such a sweet place to stay for some nights in Cancun. Convenient location, great staff, comfortable beds and super clean. Plus: breakfast was amazing, we ate in the cozy little garden by the pool. Excellent coffee as well :) Highly recommended!

Really great set up on the Main Street in the north section of the island. Super clean and very well thought through for beachside life.

They state on booking.com that they have no WiFi. It is actually available but not in a reliable way.

Loved the location, we were on the back side so it was very quiet. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable! Staff are great!!

Fantastic location, everything within walking distance, great restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Super close to the ferry and a live music bar right across the street if you're looking for some fun

The room was a little stuffy, super clean but the cleaning products can at times be a bit overbearing. and I wish they had a person at the desk at all times or a number to call in case they step away. Took me awhile to check out
