The drinks stayed refilled and we were waited on constantly,no matter where we laid our heads.we enjoyed ordering food at all times and having it made to order. The buffet closed the day we got there due to low season but that meant our food was freshly made each time.

It needs hand sanitizer near the elevators and near any place food or drinks are being served. There was none to be found. Last time I saw it there was during the pandemic 3 years ago. There hasn’t been any sanitizer out all the other times I visited. They need to work on the desserts. We didn’t have one good dessert except the ice cream was pretty good.

Excellent snorkelling, good food, really nice staff. When we arrived, we got a room that had quite a bit of noise coming through from outside, but the manager Arturo gave us a better room for the next days. Initially, we planned to stay in the hotel for just 1-2 days, but ended up staying for a week, because we loved the place. By the way, if there is a chance that this message might be read by Arturo, then we would be ever so grateful for getting that tomato and cheese spaghetti recipe that was served in the buffet pretty often :)

Large room, large bed, good & hot shower, fantastic snorkeling straight off the beach. Excellent service from polite & friendly staff. I would come back.

Some residents put towels on the sunbeds every morning then left them empty for a couple of hours. Shower cubicle a bit old & moldy. Food reasonable but pretty much the same every day. Bad experience with dive shop on site. Did not feel safe with the dive master. Found a different dive shop for a later dive which was fantastic.

Excellent stay. Check in was much improved from other stays. It was very fast and efficient. The beach was beautiful and one of the best on Cozumel. The buffet is a bit limited but you can order ceviche, bbq ribs, fajitas, fish tacos, and other items off the menu. Waiter service is superb! The activity staff set up a net and we played some beach volleyball, thanks for that!

We would appreciate a few more activities from the activity staff. There is no longer water volleyball in the pool which was a very fun activity and allowed us to break the ice and meet other guests.

There are lots of family friendly activities including games, tennis, mini golf, ping pong, horseshoes and poolside bingo, etc. The staff are kind and professional and the food was good, especially in the fine dining restaurant.

A fee things seem a bit run down and in need of maintenance, for instance the jacuzzi is cold and one section of the pool is closed as well as a bathroom in the lobby. Overall though these didn't detract from the positive experience!

The beauty of the property and its location. The staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The pools were well kept. The beach was beautiful. We never lacked for anything. We would like to thank them and let you know that the gentleman that took our luggage to our room and the gentleman who did our dinner reservations and signed us up for the Trolley Excursion were both both very awesome and helpful!

I felt our room could have been cleaner, and there was a musty smell. there was a leak above the toilet that dripped directly on my husband’s head. The property also is a little bit rundown and could use some improvements.

super friendly stuff, everything is clean, plenty of vegetarian food choices, the ocean view from our room was fantastic. The beach was kept super clean and was the prettiest one on that strip. Great snorkeling. Food: They no longer have a buffet, everything is a la carte. Even though they give you 3 different menus for breakfast , lunch and dinner, I suggest you take a picture of them, as you can order anything that's on all of those 3 menus any time of the day. We're vegan/vegetarian, so had to mix and match a lot. Don't miss the morning fruit smoothies from the bar.

there was a big tropical cockroach 2 nights in a row in the bathroom. We resolved that problem by keeping the lights on in the bathroom. The rooms are slightly dated, but super clean. The 'dated' part didn't bother us at all. I assume that's what keeps the room price lower. We walked through the neighboring hotels, and ours had the prettiest beach and most attractive territory.

Very nice and clean beach, friendly and helpful staff, a lot of different pools on the property. Restaurant was good and it as easy to make a dinner reservation. There were always some activities going on for kids and adults. Overall hotel is quite well maintained and staff works diligently to keep it in good shape.

Food was good, but day to day variety deserves to be better. Initially, there were issues with A/C not working in the room, but were resolved quickly after informing the front desk.

Pleasant hotel with a spacious room and a wonderful balcony. The hotel staff are helpful and pleasant, but the hotel manager should learn from them how to behave nicely and not be so ignorant.

Management is quite rude and unpolite,they should learn from polite and amazing staff in restaurant.

Located right on the beach. No seaweed. Friendly staff.

Rooms need updated. No entertainment at the resort. Some of the features were not available such as lunch and dinner buffet, kids club, and swim up bar. The rooms were okay but definitely need updating.
