Staff - very helpful, pleasant, and ready to answer any questions you have. Special shoutout to Angelina for her awesome work. Rooms - clean, spacious, with Air conditioner. We had enough space for our 2-year-old kid. Room design and quality are really good. Location - a bit far from the city center, 45 minutes on foot, but 15 minutes via tram. + There's a big green park 5 mins from the hotel, and a good grocery store. Breakfasts - worth every EUR you spend on them. They are tasty, there's plenty of different food - we didn't buy it when we booked a room, but then reconsidered as we got to the hotel and had breakfast every day there.

We were accidentally mischarged twice for the parking, but the staff was very supportive. I'm just waiting for the refund now. - UPD - Refund was recieved within a day - great service

Very clean, very quiet, very good mattress, nice coffee in the room. Air conditioning was working very well and the machine was relatively quiet. I would totally come again and recommend to anyone who wants quiet and peace while still being close to Vondelpark and the nice neighborhood of Overtoom!

I didn't come for that reason, but since the hotel advertises this, I don't think the hotel is truly conscious. Food/drinks were very expensive, which was justified by the products being biological or organic. However, the hotel didn't put much effort into being sustainable otherwise. There was a lot of plastic and extra packaging where it could've been avoided. Also, no creamer or milk for the coffee in the bedroom.

The hotel is a ways from the main tourist area but the tram does take you right there. It takes some work to figure it all out but the staff was extremely helpful in that. I took it in both directions a couple times and also walked it so I had a good idea of the distance. Most would prefer a location closer but for the price and condition/staff, well worth taking advantage of this hotel in this location. I had breakfast there one day and it was very good. I'm not a heavy eater so it wasn't a value for me. I did have coffee and a pastry several times however.

The distance from the center of town (I guess it is the old town), other than that, nothing to not like. A great hotel and a great value!

The location was a bit removed from downtown, but therefore quiet. I knew this one booking so I would expect. I booked it intentionally there because I plan to walk through the park with my family the night after arriving. Vodelpark next door is serene and lovely to walk through - a great way to start a trip to Amsterdam. I absolutely appreciated the eco-consciousness of the hotel.

I’d recommend providing a few more towels and there is nothing that can be done about this, I wish there was something in the shower that allowed you to place soap or shavers or things that you have brought on your own.

Good location, easy to get to from the airport. Just a few minutes walk away from metro stop so easy to get around. Also close to Vondelpark which was lovely to walk through. Room was decent sized, we sometimes find it difficult as a group of 3 to find triple rooms so this was great, and we didn’t feel on top of each other. Bathroom was a fair size too.

Only minor hitch we found was when we arrived, we got to the hotel about 10pm and the front door was locked. There weren’t any instructions on how to get in on the booking information and there weren’t initially any staff around to let us in. Luckily some other guests arrived and let us in.

Great Location - right next-door to the Vondel Park. Tram stops are only a few minutes walk if you want to get to the more central areas of Amsterdam, we pre-ordered the I Amsterdam City card, so getting around was very easy. Room was tidy and clean, had the basics (tv, drink-making facilities etc). Safe wasn't locking properly and there was no remote control for the tv when we arrived but the staff put both things right immediately. Hotel lobby and restaurant have a very trendy and relaxed vibe about them. We really liked the ethos of the hotel to be as sustainable as possible, this was a constant theme throughout. Breakfast was a small but decent selection and there were always staff on hand close by to assist if anything ran out. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend.

Room was kinda compact and the small window meant a slight lack of natural light at times, this wasn't a real "issue" as such, just an observation. The breakfast was nice but some people might want a bit more of a selection. Nothing else of real note tbh

The hotel is new and well-structured, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and bathrooms equipped with shampoo, shower gel, nourishing cream, and a hairdryer. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the staff was kind and understanding. The check-in and check-out have excellent time slots and can be extended.

The bathroom's cleanliness needs improvement. Only the bins had been emptied when we arrived, but there were still traces of the previous occupant. We also found some hair in the bed.

Comfortable room within a trendy hotel. Room was still quiet despite facing the street - the perfect destination next to Vondelpark and just outside of the centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was super comfy! Loved that you could make 'environmentally friendly swaps' during your visit, such as skipping the room cleaning service.

Only two very minor things - I personally found the pillows a bit too soft and our shower door didn't keep closed, but these did not affect us too much.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel felt safe as only key holders could work the elevator. The bed was very comfortable and I liked having our own thermostat in the room. It's a great location for cafes, bars and restaurants, and there's a Jumbo supermarket just over the canal. Vondelpark is beautiful and takes you close to the city centre.

I would have liked the room safe to be programmable, rather than on the hotel key card. The cleaners didn't come very often or clean very thoroughly when they did. Overall, however, it was clean, but had they vacuumed I would have felt more comfortable doing yoga.

Room was much bigger than we anticipated, especially sharing with 3 people. Great view and easy walking to shops and places to eat. Excellent coffee in the mornings from the shop downstairs.

We paid and booked 10 months in advance. 9 months prior to our visit, we learnt we had to cut our trip short by 1 day. We contacted the property immediately but they refused to reimburse us for the extra day we would not be staying.
