From the moment walked in we felt like at home with the smiling and very polite staff. As we were there just before Xmas all was absolutely amazing 🎄 Brilliant location, easy to find by car with huge secure car park and only few stops on public transport to town centre (2 minutes walking distance to the stop). Room was clean, modern, comfortable and spacious! Staff was superb! We will definitely be back!!! Strongly recommend 💝 Happy New Year!

Super friendly and amazing staff, the rooms were exquisite with facilities being beyond expectations. There is an in house spa and restaurant with a dedicated “lady’s day” as well as other fun events. They have a very reasonably priced 24/7 self service shop which was very handy. However to sum it up the stay was perfect the staff were there to help with any questions or assist in any way possible.

If I had to find a downside the breakfast buffet was amongst smaller ones we have attended it would have been nice to see some more local options as well as other foods.

I stayed at Corendon Amsterdam New-West with my family—13 of us in total, including teenagers and young children—and we had a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Patrick, who was absolutely fantastic. He quickly resolved a mix-up with our booking and ensured the check-in process went smoothly for everyone. Our entire stay was perfect, with no faults at all. The room service was excellent, and every request we made was accommodated without issue. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of choices—especially the fresh, warm pancakes that the kids absolutely loved. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was being allowed to use the lobby for a family games night when we couldn’t sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Special thanks to Rui, who also went above and beyond to assist us. Our rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel’s location was very convenient—just a short distance from both the tram and metro, making it easy to get to Amsterdam Centraal. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to order food via Uber Eats, which was delivered directly to the main lobby. Honestly, I don’t understand how anyone could leave a negative review—perhaps they stayed somewhere else by mistake! Corendon New West exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to returning in the near future.

The hotel was perfect overall—my only suggestion would be to extend the swimming pool hours for children. Other than that, I have no complaints at all.

Everything is brand new ! I think they renewed it recently which is a big plus ! Really polite and helpful staff. Super clean in the room with nice equipment. Nice Gym equipment and happy generally with the SPA. The bar/restaurant is really really beautiful and good ! Well done for that !

Few little things which needs attention : 1) WiFi quality is pretty bad in the room. It wasn’t a big problem at the end cuz our cellphone company covers all Europe so, fine. Nevertheless it can be a big problem for some other customers. A + fee was required to benefit from « VIP WiFi ». I mean at some point this is too much cuz even in Vietnam, WiFi is perfect and no fee requested. A tiny detail certainly but a detail which cashes my attention. 2) Be careful of the SPA section (Sauna etc). Overall Clean no doubt buuuuut can be improved in the entire SPA. « Hygiene » used to be my job and this needs to be controlled constantly. Crucial ! Anyway not a « no go » so it’s totally fine. Nothing THAT dirty but more attention would be better.

Location was ideal to catch the tram into town and other local areas. The bed was comfortable and rooms spacious.

Any issues reported to staff was not taken seriously and they didn't really do anything about it including tvs being down for 3 days (wasn't an issue for us as we were out but a friend who was poorly and had to stay at the hotel to recover didn't have it) and there was a perfume launch in the bar downstairs one might and the noise was vibrating the room till midnight. Staff didn't care. Spa and pool facilities were expensive and not accessible all the time. Needed flip flops which was not mentioned to us before arrival and were expensive to buy

Wonderful customer service. particularly one of you staff - Victor, very professional, extra patience to show us while we multi attempts using our credit card for purchasing our tram tickets and helped us solving lots of questions about Amsterdam and public transport about the Dam Square and city down town that saved our days. it is very appreciated his helps and wonderful 、 professional customer service that we will recommend our friends to stay your hotel in future.i

Everything! :) From the moment we checked in we we greeted by a lovely gentleman at the reception who assisted us, gave us some useful information and accommodated our preferences! Overall, staff was very nice, kind and friendly! Beds were very comfortable. We used the Hotel Spa facilities and we were inpressed of the choices we had of different saunas, pool, steam room and relaxation rooms. We booked our stay with breakfast included and that was such a good value for money! Breakfast was excellent and there was a wide range of itwms to chose from. Cleaningnes was impeccable! We loved the hotel design and we also experienced the Bar/Lounge on a Saturday evening after returning from our city stroll, where we were pleasantly surprised to find a live DJ, nice music and great ambience and vibe around. The place was quite lively and vibrant.

The only minor downside we experienced was our second breakfast, where available clean plates were difficult to find and someitems were finished and chefs seemed to struggle replacing everything. However this did not affect our stay or overall impression with everything. It is just a small thing to maybe be considered for the future guests. Nevertheless, we would like to pass our compliments to the chefs and to management for providing delicious food and such a wide range of items to chose from!

I really enjoyed the ambience and found the hotel staff to be incredibly helpful with everything I needed. My check-in process was seamless, and when I requested a late check-out, the reception team was more than happy to accommodate me. The spa facilities were delightful, and I had an excellent massage from Kimberly—she was fantastic! I also loved the atmosphere at the Monzo restaurant.

The restaurant was quite bustling on Sunday because of the high tea festivities. I ordered a salad, but unfortunately, I received the wrong one. When I mentioned this to the waiter, she took the plate back to the kitchen. However, the chef returned the same salad, just switched to a different plate, and added a bit of avocado on top to make it look like the one I had requested. I found that both amusing and a bit sneaky.

The hotel was close to the metro and tram stations, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was very decent, not to mention the bacon strips, which were very bad—bonus points for the wonderful omelets served by the kitchen. The overall experience was fine. The staff was very friendly.

I was informed only upon arrival that there needs to be a 200EUR refundable deposit paid.

Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The property is modern, clean, and located in a convenient spot, making it easy to explore the area. The amenities were excellent, particularly the bar, which was a real highlight. The bar staff were amazing, and the drinks and simple food options were delightful. The parking was very handy and made my stay even more hassle-free. While most of the staff were friendly and professional, a special mention goes to Patrick, the manager, who was exceptionally nice and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a great stay, and I would happily return. Highly recommend!

Disappointing Spa Experience We chose this hotel for a relaxing and chilled getaway, hoping to enjoy the spa facilities. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find a notice in the lift advising that parts of the spa were closed due to refurbishment or repairs. This was not mentioned when we booked just a week prior, nor was there any information on the hotel’s website. While the rest of the hotel was pleasant, this lack of transparency about the spa was frustrating and dampened our experience. Better communication regarding facility availability would have made a big difference.
