Beautiful hotel so welcoming , comfortable and clean the staff were wonderful especially the dining room staff who stole our hearts., so effortlessly friendly and helpful . While it was a 5 stars hotel in every way ,we stayed five nights it still felt very homely Lovely sunbathing area on roof with pool with great views of the sea . Location was great so near the airport … we took the bus into city most afternoons which took approx 30 mins Bus stop just across the road from hotel … €2.10 per person per ride … no 728 bus . Great Thai massage a few doors down from hotel so we spoiled ourselves . Huge Casino with restaurants and bars for entertainment less than 5 mins walk.. We look forward to going back to stay again. I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you book this hotel .

Lovely staff, nice large clean room. The small lounge/bar area was ideal for a light snack and wine. Rooftop facilities ( sauna, steam room) looked great. Rooftop bar closed up for the winter season. Great location prior to flying out of Lisbon.

An Uber to the airport was ~8€. The hotel would arrange for an airport shuttle for 50€. That seems absurd!

Location was excellent, just a 5min walk from the Vasco Dagama shopping mall where you can kick off your shopping, if you are a shopaholic like me. Breakfast was sumptuous with a great fruit spread. Facility is clean and bathrooms/restrooms are actually the cleanest. Rooms are modern and minimalist which was just perfect. Staff are professional and supportive. Housekeeping team are pleasant.

You have to pay for water in the room. The first bottle is complimentary and you have to pay for any additional bottles. I found that ridiculous. The Air conditioning would not go above 21degrees even though it indicates it can go up to 26 degrees, so it can get really cold at night. Aside these, everything else was perfect. I’ll recommend and I’ll stay again.

Well located for our needs. Modern hotel, spacious room. All the staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. Malik in the restaurant, Tania at the restaurant front desk, Alina and Rebecca on the front reception desk, all were outstanding and great Ambassadors for the Hotel. But all the staff were excellent. The restaurant breakfast buffet was excellent.

The double glazing of the room's windows was not very good. Could hear the drone of the freeways fairly loudly. Other meals/ snacks, etc. quite expensive and not that competitive compared to other hotels in the region.

Amazing breakfast , and super friendly staff , Aline at reception was amazing , breakfast staff incredible, cleaning staff did an amazing job, pool deck bar tender super friendly , bar manager Andre was super nice / gave us a free round of drinks and recommendations for places to eat , Hotel left me a bottle of champagne and cake for my birthday / very thoughtful , security at hotel was great after reading what happened earlier in the month so they are trying hard to, would definitely stay here again , (There is an amazing French restaurant about 6 min walk away ) also other options just ask reception staff as they are all very accomadating

Dinner /bar food options not good , no option for any kinda snacks at pool deck / surely a toasted sandwich or cheese board would be not to hard to offer , top floor (14) quiet and airey moved to 7th floor as originally booked twin room (14) and they couldn’t accomodate so had to move on day 3 to lower floor (7)for twin room and there was always a constant smell of sewage , and a little noisy , pool temp cold (18 degrees) but didn’t mind as was hot so great way to cool down (Wish you offered a foam roller in the gym after a 26 hour flight to get here) needed to release my leg muscles

We had such a wonderful time. The hotel is a bit outside of the old town of Lissabon but the area is quiet and beautiful with a mall nearby and such good restaurants where you can dine outside at the water with healthy and fresh food for such a good price (~10€ p Meal). The hotel itself was beautiful. The breakfast really exceptional, with lots of fresh fruit and a barista station. The staff was really nice and helpful if you had a question. The rooftop is beautiful. Highly recommend.

The only thing I would kindly request would be more deck chairs at the pool. (If that is overall a possibility regarding safety concerns).

After attending an 8-day festival, we arrived completely exhausted, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. A special shout-out to the reception team — Aline, Antonio, Yaiza, Raisa, and Daniel — who were all incredibly patient, kind, and consistently smiling. Their warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression. Also, a big thank you to Emilio, the bellboy, who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Little out from the central area but easy metro into the city and very close to 2 metro stops. For the area there are plenty of great shopping and restaurants options and of course the restaurants in the hotel with bar and roof top pool was great! Our room wasn’t ready for the staff were amazing at giving us updated and providing free drink voucher. Our room had the most amazing ocean view. Great size room for what we have stay in during our Europe holiday. Must get the breakfast here.

Our room not being ready was a little let down especially after being on an 8 hour bus and very much wanting to relax.

Clean, great location

The shower hose was stripped? so the 430 am water fiasco was a bit of a chaotic way to start the day. Water everywhere! Staff got another room for us to shower in but an offer of free breakfast, discount, or offer to comp the cab fee would have been very appreciated.

Attractive hotel with a nice atmosphere. Close to train station and metro. Spacious room with a fantastic view. Large bed! Breakfast choice very complete, including fruits. Bath room was very nice and large. Staff friendly.

Check in only at 16h! Check out to be paid if extended. For a 300 Euro room I would expect more forthcoming. Sofa in the junior suite very cheap and uncomfortable. Cushions not at 5 star level. Coffee at breakfast is a problem because there are no machines and only one person preparing the coffee resulting into queues. Pool area nice on the roof but pool rather small. Fitness very poor.
