The hotel I located in a very busy and not the best neighborhood however we felt safe an welcomed . Exactly as expected.

my wife who is a professional cleaner went looking for areas fo neglet. But found none.....floors always clean corners , elevators ...every where she most most impressed. For a budget price we both we surprised and happy that the cleanliness was excellen. The staff were always willing to help in one way or another. Nothing was too hard for them. Would definitely reccommend Ibis Budget Pearl

Maybe a bigger variety of TV Channells would have been better but then again wee wer'nt ther to watch TV

The staff was really kind and accommodating. In particular, Nazmi really helped us out with the issues we had with the first run and managed to get us a different room in a full hotel Siti was also very helpful with our luggage and our departure. They really made all the difference. It could have been a terrible experience, but they made it a good experience The location is half way between two MRT stations, but it's really well served by busses Lots of food options nearby at all hours of the night

It's quite an old property and it shows. It's fine, that's probably why it's a budget hotel. I wish they didn't have to cut off power to the ac while you're gone: it makes the room really hot and it takes a while to chill it off when you get back to it in the evening

One of the staff members was awesum with public transport, she knew exactly what bus or train to take to where ever we were wanting to go an gave good clear written instructions. 😊😊😊😊😊

There was nothing I didn't like

The room was what was expected from a budget option - smallish but absolutely fine for my needs. Facilities (bathroom, shower etc) basic but fine. Everything was clean and tidy. There's a safe in the room and a quite big TV (which I didn't use), the AC worked well in the room too. There's an MRT less than 10 mins walk from the hotel (Aljunied). The staff were super helpful and friendly - helping with questions, ordering taxis, storing my luggage for a few hours after checkout (thanks Siti, Rishi and Pang). Pang ordered me a taxi when I needed to leave for the airport, it arrived in 3 minutes and the journey to the airport was just 20 mins. Great place to stay if you're looking for a budget option that isn't a dorm room. I would stay here again.

Something I would have really liked would be some sort of small fridge to store a few bottles of water / drinks. It was very hot and humid when I visited.

Cleaner entering the room without concern.

Simple hotel in Singapore. Staff was very helpful to manage early check in. (At 11.00 AM) We could leave our one check in luggage in the hotel luggage store for 7 days. Staff was flexible and helpful.

No breakfast option in the hotel. We did not know that we have to switch on the warm water in the room. ( it is a switch below the electicity key at the front door) Room is small. Hotel prices are horrible in Singapore so IBIS Budget Pearl was a compromise. Summary it is a good choos to spend a couple of days in Singapore.

Room cleanliness was superb. Compact, cozy and clean room. The location is not too bad for me as I was driving around Singapore and the hotel location is not too far from the CBD area. On top of that, they had free car park in the premise. Bed was pleasantly nice to sleep on, mildly firm and pillows that were provided are good as well.

It was shown on booking.com that they had "Breakfast" (with the teacup symbol), hence I actually thought there was breakfast provided. However, the hotel mentioned that they do not have any kitchen. hence no breakfast was provided

The location is close to many places to eat as well as minimart shops. It's very easy to find food and various other necessities.

Could feel every spring through the mattress. Definitely needs replacing The shower was facing really awkwardly so it either sprayed directly onto your face or on the wall. No in between No light switches or plugs near the bed Small room and bathroom
