Everything. The whole experience about JW South Beach have been nothing short but awesome ! The aroma of the hotel is unique and comfy to nose.

The Room's TV always has a aerial source displayed and unable to connect. Have to call the service desk for the first time and subsequently have to do it ourselves.

The pool at the top of the building was cold... They should have take care to warm the water, so you can actually enjoy the pool

Great design, facilities and proximity to restaurants, shopping and other tourist activities. Lovely staff and I had a fabulous massage in the day spa.

We were given a room on the third floor which was very dark and small. Whilst the pool complex was visually stunning, it was a little cold.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be near the Marina Bay area and a few steps away from the MRT. It made exploring the city so convenient and offered beautiful views. I also have to mention the breakfast buffet—it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. The selection was incredible, and the quality of the food was top-notch.

My only complaint is with the swimming pools, as they aren’t heated. This made it hard to enjoy a relaxing swim, especially when the weather wasn’t at its warmest. Heated pools would have made the experience perfect.

The purpose of the trip is to watch the fireworks but I was allocated to the lowest level 13th floor

Very good hotel with excellent service and great facilities! The rooms are nice, though they feel a little small due to the layout, but I absolutely loved the smart toilet! I also want to highlight the breakfasts, they are worth every dollar you pay for them. The location is great, right next to the popular Raffles. The pool area is lovely too, offering a stunning view of the whole of Singapore, similar to the view from Marina Bay Sands. Special thanks to Zita for her attentiveness in ensuring a smooth check-in! I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for its value for money!

The location and the facilities

The room smells like old damp clothes. Room needs more air circulation to freshen the stale air inside the room.

In the room that I had actually booked, the view and amenities were fantastic. Also, the closeness to the MRT, downtown areas, and fantastic Level 18 were winners for me.

When I arrived, I initially did not get the high floor and premier room I requested. This was fixed the following day and I was very happy with the customer service involved in that move, but it did require me to repack everything...not happy about that. Also, the service orientation of the staff was quite varied - most were exceptional, a few were not.

the location is close to MRT and the views are fantastic.

we stayed in the suite with a total of 4 members together. I do have a few comments about our room. 1. the bed of the master bedroom is too soft for me, which I did not like so much. 2. the doors of the bath room area are very heavy ( stiff) to close. 3. the water from the shower leaks out as the level inside the shower area and outside is too shallow to block the spilling out. 4. the lighting of the mirror is insufficient especially when the curtain is closed. 5. we had to dry our hair at the corridors outside the bathroom as there are no power outlets inside.
