I always stay at the Pan Pacific when I travel for work and I'm never disappointed. This time my family came with me and they loved it too. The main points of note are: The rooms are always immaculate The rooms are spacious with Nespresso and drinking water taps in every room. The staff are wonderful and helpful Pan Pacific connects to Suntec city, Marina Square and Millennia walk malls. You will never be stuck for somewhere to eat or a dry route to the MRT if it's raining Pan Pacific is very close to the central business district, for work purposes (you could walk it too, but it's warm out)! The pool is one of the biggest in SG, the pool facilities are fantastic and they have a changing room with showers in case your flight is after your check out time. Pan Pacific is very flexible and no request is ever too much for the staff. They are easy going and always try to accommodate you. Lastly you are always welcomed are a treasured guest when you arrive at the main entrance and the staff there make it a pleasure to arrive every time. I highly recommend this hotel and all of the Pan Pacific chain in SG really. (Also the bed is so very comfortable)!!

The breakfast is just too expensive per person so unless you get it as part of the room I wouldn't bother as you can get everything you could want within 5 minutes walk. I understand that the variety and volume of fod has to be paid for somehow, but it's not worth the cost really. That's the only thing that I don't like about Pan Pacific, everything else is wonderful!!

Great location, outstanding buffet breakfast! Lovely room, lovely pool, lovely kids room. Everyone super friendly and welcoming to us and our baby.

A spectacular hotel next to a shopping centre which gives easy access to the rest of Singapore. Lots of food options and the most amazing extensive multi cuisine breakfast buffet any of us have ever seen. (Unusual food items sometimes - in the English bit there were sprouts one day, well they’re English but ugh not for breakfast) We had an early flight on our last day and it was a real wrench to miss the breakfast. The staff were very helpful on arrival and because we had a 91 year old with us who was shattered from the flight they got his room ready several hours early, which was really appreciated. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need provided. We had booked a mobility scooter to arrive at the hotel and the staff were very helpful with that. We didn’t eat in any of the restaurants apart from breakfast but we had snacks in the bar and there seemed to be lots of different options in the foyer.

We travelled as a family of four plus a 91 year old. Possibly because of getting one of the rooms early we were all on different floors, which I didn’t realise would be an issue - but the room keys only allow access to the floor your room is on so to get to grandpa we needed a (identical!) key card for his room too, and the rest of us just met in the foyer. It’s not a big issue but if it could be make sure you ask for rooms close to each other.

Room was excellent with superb facilities, including bathroom facilities and comfortable bed and room service; hotel location was extremely convenient near to shopping malls and SMRT; hotel main foyer is well designed, very functional and relaxing; all Staff were exceptionally affable, helpful and efficient; check-in and check-out procedure very prompt; dining and bar facilities expansive and comfortable.

Level 3 restaurant coffee and tea were not very palatable. Level 1 bar and dining could be extended to midnight, as several people were turned away due to closure at 22:30 hrs.

Room - We were given the inter-connecting room overlooking the Marina Sands Bay Hotel. Also had views of the Merlion and the Esplanade center. Amazing view at night with the lights. Breakfast - Buffet with choices. Too much to choose from that we were unable to enjoy everything. Awesome breakfast, kept us filled for almost the evening. Location - we were walking distance to a lot of attractions and shopping malls but because of the heat we took Grab to some of the places, which we found cheaper and convenient for a family of 6. Upgraded - to level 26 for refreshments and snacks all day. This was a bonus that our kids enjoyed, drinks available in abundance after the hot day of walking around. Pool - kids loved it

We would have preferred a clothes rack to air our clothes.

Wonderful stay at the Marina Bay area during the conference taking place next door at Suntec Center in Singapore. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, the hotel style is really lovely, and the services are excellent overall, with a bonus great location for visiting the city. I had a very memorable stay and strongly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pac which was well located with close proximity to Suntec City shopping mall and easy walking distance to the MRT. Super comfy bed. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices and there is a great cocktail bar in the lobby. Would stay again.

At check-in I accepted and paid for an upgrade from our Executive Marina Bay room to a suite. I was disappointed that while we received a larger room, we lost all views of Marina Bay which was a key reason we chose this hotel and the Executive Marina Bay room. Maybe a rookie error on my part but I expect an upgrade gives you what you had plus more, not bigger but a lesser experience than what you had booked.

This is a wonderful hotel. I have stayed here many times before and have been delighted on every occasion. The staff are helpful, friendly and charming and really go the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable and given exceptional service. Special mention must go to the following members of staff: Amanda and Paul on reception, Rex at the Edge restaurant, Sharon and Sogu on Floor 38, and Sally, our housekeeper for our room on floor 26. On arrival this time my mother and I were upgraded to a Pacific Club room, which was a lovely surprise. The room had fantastic views and also meant we could enjoy the delicious dining options on floor 38. We were also given early check in and late check out which was very helpful due to our flight schedules. The hotel is in a great location, with shopping malls on the doorstep and also the MRT station close by. Pan Pacific is clean, modern and has that touch of luxury without being pretentious. I would absolutely recommend staying here and my mother and I have already booked our next visit.

Nothing, we thought it was super.

The Executive Room was very comfortable. The room looks brand new, clean, spacious and luxurious. The bed is large enough for 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel has great facilities such as an extensive breakfast buffet, restaurants etc. The location is very central with many attractions within walking distance.

Elevators slow and inefficient Front desk / Check-in busy and slow Studio 26 not connected to floors of the Executive Rooms (doesn’t make sense).
