Very nice staff, everybody was helpful and kind. Everything was clean and well maintained. There is live piano music in the bar on Saturday. The pool and sauna area is nicely organized and also clean. Thai massage is fantastic and the location is excellent.

The rooms are a bit tired with old fashioned designs

The staff is super friendly, well spoken and very pleasant! The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. The parking around the back is a huge plus!

The hotel is clean, well designed and maintained, the meals are tasty and satisfying. The cleaning staff made sure that the complex looked polished and clean every day. The waitresses at the restaurant were courteous and happy to help with any request. The location of the hotel is central The spa team at this hotel is without a doubt number one and made us feel welcome and was attentive to our needs always with a smile trying to please... a huge gratitude especially to Ida the head nurse and of course to Philip who is beyond reproach...

The suite was great, very specious and comfortable. Spa center is not the most updated but clean and generally comfortable. Location is perfect, in the middle of everything going in in Karlovy Vary. Staff was friendly and helpful

Hotel needs to work on some basic technology - like being able to add a bill from the bar or restaurant to your room vs needing to pay every time you get a coffee. Booking massages and spa procedures is also not easy or nearly impossible Check-in process needs a little speed and eliminating unnecessary paperwork Some of the facilities need upgrade and feel outdated.

This is my second time in this hotel, I expected things will be even better not the opposite. Food (especially dinner) want even passable. 3 nights with the most expensive room with balcony paid they didn't even left a bottle of water or even coffee sachet in the room!! (only 3 tea bags and that's all). At the check in I was given a room with (a small balcony that u cane barely stand in) I have complained and insisted on the request until they found me better room) still last time the room was better

We stayed at Dvorak for the second time, because of the perfect location - in the heart of Karlovy Vary and due to all kinds of service we need. The kid’s room, thai massage, swimming pool and medical center are very comfortable. Wonderful breakfast with the food for every taste - from a vegan, to a kid. Amazing view on Tepla river. Many thanks to the receptionists Natálie and Miroslaw for quick assistance in arranging the parking spot right near the hotel in such a hight demand period during the half marathon.

A group of guests speaking russian language were totally drunk and left a mess and bad odour in the spa. Would be great if there were fewer this type of guests in the hotel and would be taken measures to restrict the access of drunk people to the wellness.

the location near by the hot spring ( around 10 minutes) staff is efficient, welcoming, always ready to help, special thanks to Marika and Violeta Sumatohina, and Nicola in medical center , they offer various medical procedures and spa treatment breakfast is fair, the suites is spacious place with 2 rooms and a living room beautiful lobby, safe neighborhood, exactly in front of the river, near by a mini market,, near bus stop. around the hotel dozen of luxury shops,laundry is very reasonable price.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Depending on riverside (quite big) or backyard (adequate) the rooms did change quite a lot. The wellness area was super and the ladies super nice. Because of the connecting buildings getting around was sometimes confusing but fun. Breakfast had a lot of options.

The staff was unbelievable confused about our bookings. We nearly had to pay twice. The payment was supposed to be over the registered card but in the end another family member had to pay cash. The rooms got mixed up and changed. It was all kinda annoying. The selection for the breakfast was big but not everything look/ tasted the well.

Very elegant hotel with excellent facilities. The restaurant was great. We had half-board = dinner buffet and breakfast buffet. Wonderful selection of food that was very tasty. The room was comfortable, spacious, and elegant. We used the swimming pool, as well, which was large, clean, and in a bright room with access to an outdoor terrace. The location in the heart of the old hots springs town is just perfect. 200m from Hotel Pupp. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel atmosphere was intended to be classic, reflecting Dvorak's esteemed reputation. However, this impression was disrupted by the café in the lobby. The young staff's service lacked a classic touch, and the music from the speakers was not classical at all, as if chosen for the staff's own taste. The piano was closed. As a professional pianist, I offered to play Dvorak's work, but despite encouragement from other guests, the staff immediately rejected my suggestion.
