The hotel is at a walkable distance to Phrom phong bts and sukhumvit mrt. The room is a bit small but it was clean and hygienic. There is a free breakfast optios which typically provides toasts, eggs, juice, coffee, tea, sausages, croissant and few veggies.

The toilet hass glass transparent walls and event hough there was screen covering it was not enough as it was visible to see when someone is using the bathroom.

It's small & compact but not too small. I really like the size in the sense of intention to utilize small space but equip with almost everything for the room. Hotel can minimize space and offer reasonable low price. I could also park my car in the opposite S31 hotel building, same chain, more luxury. Then no issue of less parking lot like other budget hotel.

sometime in the night and morning, had more noices... seem like less respectfulness than usual hotel, but not that big issue

The hotel location is just a short walk to malls, BTS stations, uncountable restaurants, pubs and supermarkets A Budget hotel comes with a nice surprise from the bathroom amenities such as tooth brush, tooth paste, comb, hand soap, big bottles of shampoo, conditioner,shower gel, body lotion, hairdryer even slippers and drinking water plus a free breakfast The room is equipped with automatic blinder ( a surprise for budget hotel ) All the staffs from the concierge, Receptionist and the lady attendee at breakfast are friendly and helpful Especially Thanks to the receptionist Keng who helps to solve my room problem

No Fridge in the room The room sound proof is bad ( no problem if you are not a light sleeper )

Everything is perfect. ** The rooms are small yet comfortable, stayed in a deluxe room so there is refrigerator. ** The hotel is 500 meters from Phrom Phong Bts station. Very walkable around 5 minutes. **There is 7 eleven, villa market and restaurants nearby. **It is very near to EmSphere shopping mall. **The offer light breakfast (bread, sausage, some small salad, juice and coffee which is very enough for a light breakfast. The staff who is at the breakfast area is very nice and helpful! ** The staffs are so friendly!!!! Thumbs up to all you front staffs. I wasn’t able to name out but my bad wasn’t paying attention to the names, but the one who checked me in is very friendly and superb! I think he’s working in the afternoon shift. I definitely recommend this hotel if your with your friends or a family with adult kids this one is a must try! Will definitely come back.

Price!!! S- Box is small but great layout I think however it Bridges the gap between the pod hotel concepts and a regular room hotel and the price should reflect that the max rate should be around $17 to $18 USD remember when they built it it was part of the plan it seemed like. so I say back to the basics it was awesome when first opened genius now they're just a small same price hotel room example red planet.

thanks to thicks walls and a room at the opposite side of the road, you dont hear too much noise from the traffic or from the other customers, the room is small but very efficient if you travel alone or without too much luggage

the silent minifridge wasn't very efficient and the air conditionning remote is a little bit complicated to my taste.

The location is 7mins walk from Phrom Phong BTS station. Hotel even provides basic breakfast even though I wasn’t expecting a meal plan with my booking. Lots of lovely cafes, bakeries and restaurants nearby.

Walls were thin, I could hear guests next door talking. My neighbors were some night-clubbing farang couple and they woke me up every night when they came back late.

Possibly the best customer service experience I’ve ever received from any hotel stay (at whatever level of stars) from anywhere in the world ! Full compliments to team Fivitel 👍 Room was clean and comfortable with a great view overlooking The Dragon bridge and had and had everything I needed. Breakfast selection was fabulous and the pool gym and spa a nice bonus for the exceptional price of my 3 day stay. The offer of a free courtesy car & driver to the airport on checkout was the icing on the cake. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😊

It was in a good location off of Sukhamvit. Not a far walk from the BTS Phrom Phong station. The staff was very helpful.

The room was cramped - the bed was almost touching the windows, but it was workable. Very few places in the room to put anything down. The bathroom was immaculate.

The room was nice and clean and had everything you would require. We had a late check in of 2am and the hotel was happy to accommodate this for us. The location was perfect, opposite a huge food market and was easy access to the train to travel around Bangkok. Definitely recommend and would 100% go back
