We loved the quirky interior and decorations. And we loved the breakfast.

Just one issue. There was a huge music festival all weekend and the music was horrendously loud in our room until midnight each night. Not the hotels fault but it’s worth checking if there events happening at the three stadiums directly opposite.

The location was ideal to get to both the centre of Bangkok and the airport. It’s a lovely hotel with friendly employees. The breakfast is also amazing and there is something for everyone.

The hotel will need renovation in the near future. While it is still good, things are starting to get a bit old. Nevertheless a great hotel.

Great location, room big enough and comfy, great coffee in the ground floor bar, clean and quiet

We were asked to leave a deposit which is a standard procedure so I'm not opposed to it but a month after checking out I still haven't received it back despite chasing for it twice now - this should not happen, I keep being told that the hotel asked the bank to release it but there is nothing happening which really dampens the stay as it made it 25% more expensive on my side - would have chosen a different hotel for the same price so this is leaving a very sour taste on what otherwise has been a pleasant stay.

Very good hotel, I can only recommend and would book again. We loved the breakfast with its choices and quality, the beds were comfy, the design was very special. Staff was friendly all the time. From the 21st floor we had a great view over Bangkok. We could store our luggage for free after checkout. Great location near public transport and shopping malls.

I personally think that the lightning, especially in the bathroom, was not enough. It always seemed to be too dark. It would be great to at least have a proper light next to the mirror in the bathroom, or a small mirror for makeup with lights. And the bathrobe was very, very tiny :D The sofa on which our daughter slept seemed a bit shaky.

modern design hotel. wonderful stylish room. amazing rooftop bar with excellent dishes, snacks and drinks, and than the pool… the pool is something else: watching the sunset over Bangkok while floating in the water is a one of a kind experience. the staff is very professional and they take care of all your needs. don’t expect a personal approach. since this is a very big hotel; anonymity is where you are here. you feel that it is more of a ‘business’ hotel but anyone can be a guest there. ideal location for your last night in Bangkok before travelling back home.

I’ve read it here before and it is true, the airconditioning is outdated and so loud. I had difficulty sleeping… the prices of the restaurant and bar downstairs are quite expensive so be aware of paying multiple times the amounts of elsewhere. upstairs it’s all worth it because of the amazing views.

We had previously stayed here 8 years ago and enjoyed it so much then we decided to stay again. All the public spaces have been redone and are modern and vibrant. The rooms are large comfortable and clean. We love the location of the hotel being walking distance to MBK and the other shopping centres. National Stadium Station is also close to catch the BTS anywhere. Breakfast is also great with good variety. We also tried Chim Chim for drinks and dinner which did not disappoint and Paradise Lost for the evening happy hour. Would be happy to stay again.

The location is great for shoppers, the staff is friendly and helpful, the sunset from the poolside or rooftop is awesome. Internet speed ok. The food at the rooftop and at the ground floor cafe/restaurant is just ok, nothing special.

The room furniture, walls, doors and hotel general facilities (i.e. pool side) need an upgrade. The maintenance could be more detail oriented instead of just patching up things that end up noticeable with the naked eye. Rooftop design could be changed to be more chic to match the hotels style instead of the current pink colored style but that is just our own opinion.
