Buffet was fantastic. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, beds were super comfortable. Added bonus of a bath was much appreciated. The infinity pool has to be a highlight, spent many hours floating around in there. Excellent shuttle service into town and back makes up for distance out of main Patong Beach. Staff are all extremely accommodating. Definitely plan on staying here again

Not a negative, but worth considering hotel is not walking distance for many into Patong due to being located far end of Kalim Beach.

The hotel is huge, clean, tidy and modern. The two pools are nice, they have lots of beds, great views. Lots of entertainment facilities. The highlight was definitely the stuff, so nice , friendly, polite and attentive. Dam from breakfast and pool and Eric at the Tramoto restaurant were exceptional. Their attention to every detail is amazing, we had a very early tour and they prepared for us a delicious breakfast box since the breakfast wouldn’t have started at that time. Loved the room service/restaurant food menu, is huge, they have everything and the chef is so good.

The room with got was very big and beautiful. The only downside was the side window that had no sound proof and our room was just at the front “Great Ocean View” so in front of the main busy road. Just a sound proof window would fix this detail.

The location is also fantastic and they have a shuttle which takes you into Patong center quite frequently. The property was always clean which was also very great.

You are not allowed to take breakfast to your room, this for me was disappointing considering sometimes you might just want to eat and relax on your balcony.

Bar staff beside the pool are not polite, they stare and laugh which did make us uncomfortable.

Breakfast was awesome, so many options and they are all pretty good, the only exception being the pastry section which is edible but could be improved. There’s a nice pool area with two bars. The library/meditation room was also really relaxing to go to after dinner in the main restaurant.

Better pastry would make the food here unbeatable. Location wise it’s not particularly good, needed to take a Grab or the hourly complimentary ride into town (Patong Beach) which is a reasonably short ride away, but it means you can’t just take a stroll to the beach or the shops as easily. There’s not much available for the kids other than the pool, having a mini-trampoline park near the pool area with extra sun shades or more water play would be great. For the kids, you’ll have to head into town with the big shopping centre at Patong Beach, there’s an awesome Trampoline Park and other activities on the top level. The parents can do some shopping or get a Thai message in the meanwhile.

The location was great - close to Patong/Bangla Road. The free shuttle ran every hour to take us to Patong, this was very useful. The breakfast was excellent - great spread of options and drinks and the food was very tasty. The pool was great, room service was great and appropriately priced too. The room was comfy and the view was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.

The room format was slightly strange with a small working space behind the headboard of the bed. Not a showstopper but could've been better. Lighting in the room could be a bit brighter - especially around the bathroom mirror.

This hotel was beyond description – truly the best hotel I have ever stayed in, without a doubt. The services were outstanding, and the breakfast was excellent, most importantly it was halal. I had the most beautiful view that exceeded my expectations from room 847. They also have the most amazing swimming pool with a breathtaking view. All the staff were wonderful and very friendly, especially I would like to thank Erin, Anna, and Laila. Every time I come back, this will always be my favorite place to stay. See you again soon!

Amazing hotel and treated like royalty. The room was hugeeee and so luxurious. The pool is incredible and over looks the sea. There is a swim up bar also. Everything you would need and the breakfast is incredible …. They do EVERYTHING. A lovely location as a bit out of the craziness but still so close to everything. Would 100% come back.

I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Oceanfront Resort. It was my first time staying at a 5 star resort and you all ensured it was the best experience possible. I celebrated my birthday and anniversary here and the team here made sure I was in paradise the whole time. The thing that made the hotel stand out the most is the people. A few people who made the experience so special were Dam, Paing, Nicole and Rain. Dam: The way you would always ask us about our plans for the day and ask us how our previous day was always made our morning. Paing: You were so attentive and kind. We loved coming to breakfast to see you. Nicole: You are a ray of light and a great person to have a laugh with. You knew what we needed before we did and you were always smiling and pleasant to be around.

This place exceeded our expectations. The buffet breakfast was honestly AMAZING. It was the best buffet breakfast all 5 of us have ever had. So much variety of food and they cook your eggs fresh any way you like. Free & unlimited clean drinking water is provided for your room. The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and the facilities are clean and functional. There is a free shuttle service that takes you to and from Bangla road on the hour every hour between a set time of the day. All in all, it's an exceptional stay for the price.
