1. Staff are friendly, lobby, house keeping, restaurant and bar at the rooftop swimming pool. 2. Decent size for balcony

1. Hot water shower not consistent. It's like it will turn sundenly to cold water and all of sudden to very hot water. Not easy to shower as u need to be alert of the switching of the water.

This was my second stay at the Paripas Hotel in Patong.I like the hotel rooms which are spacious and have a huge walk-in shower in the bathroom . The room was always cleaned on a daily basis and the bed was comfortable. I like the fact that the floor level walkways are an open plan design. My room located on the top floor was in a good position as my balcony had amazing views of the forest on the mountain. The area is quiet and the balcony was ideal for having a cup of tea and relaxing in the sunshine.

I was not impressed with the swimming pool as it does not get a good deal of sunlight. This was not a problem for me as the Patong beach is only a ten minute walk away. I cannot really find any negative comments regarding the hotel as i was impressed with the Paripas hotel property.

The staff here are so so friendly! Everyone we came across made us feel super welcome. They assisted us with anything we requested efficiently and were always happy to help. The hotel is in a good location to lots of places either walking or in a car. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying here, especially with a baby. I travelled with my 6 month old son and they ensured we had a crib for him to sleep in. The pools are open until late so you can get a swim in up until around 9pm I believe which is really good! Beds are very comfortable too, even the sofa bed was ok to sleep in. Thank you so much to all your staff for being so friendly and accommodating!

I would recommend a long full length mirror in the room and possibly a mirror in the bathroom too (we stayed in a family suite). A microwave would’ve been helpful and also the ability to get ice when the bar is closed would’ve been great too.

Nice resort, brilliantly located .. close & far enough to nightlife equally. Good shower facility.

The breakfast was ok. But not quite a 4 star standard. You would take it if you catch it … but I don’t think you would wake yourself just to catch it.

We had private access to the pool in which was fantastic. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The location was great. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk and enjoy everything Patong has to offer. I read bad reviews about the breakfast and opted not to include this but if wasn’t as bad as reviews suggest. We will definitely come back to this hotel and next time include the breakfast buffet.

The only negative was the wifi. It kept kicking you out. The wifi really should be an easy fix for this hotel. I really don’t know why they haven’t done anything to fix it as yet

Excellent location, clean, comfortable bed and wonderful pools.

I booked a hotel transfer but the driver was no where in sight so I booked another taxi but still had to pay for the other taxi who didn’t turn up or couldn’t be found at all.

I really enjoyed my time in Patong. The Paripas Patong Resort is in a perfect location for shopping and close proximity to Patong Beach.I enjoyed the breakfast and choice of egg dishes. The hotel staff were friendly and always very welcoming.I really liked my hotel room for comfort and the walk in shower was amazing. Also my room had wonderful views of the hillside.It was a comfortable room with a large balcony and very peaceful.

If I am honest I was expecting a larger swimming pool. However I preferred to take the short walk to the beach.I certainly have no complaints of the hotel which is a well designed hotel complex.

Pool was fantastic but it would have been nice to be able to use it before 10am when you have kids.

The breakfast was not the best. foods that should have been included are waffles, Hash browns, baked beans, mushrooms etc. Advertised as an American breakfast but didn't provide the standard American items. What was available was tasty. It would have been nice to have a small poolside menu to order food. We would have spent money at the hotel if sandwiches and some light finger foods were available.

We recently stayed at Paripas Patong Resort in Patong and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal – just a short walk from the vibrant Patong Beach and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always eager to help, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a quiet retreat after a day of exploring. The pool was a highlight for us, providing a relaxing spot to unwind with Beverage Shop and Free towel. We loved the laid-back ambiance and the cleanliness throughout the hotel. There several mini markets for family needs very close to Hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Patong. Looking forward to returning on our next visit to Phuket!
