The staff was amazing Very clean room Everything in the room was fine and working Very good AC Bed was very good TV was working You get new towels and water every morning Location is awesome 2-3 min to Bangla road / 1 min bazaan market / so many restaurants around your hotel Oh 3 times in a week there is a fight in the Bangla boxing stadium - most of the time between 9-11pm. So you can hear the fight and music. But no one is sleeping that time in patong and everyone is also outside between 9-11 pm. So that’s totally okay. You come to Patong for party and night life. If you want so stay with family and kids - please book another location like Karon, Kamala, Chalong etc. - don’t come to Patong if you neee it quiet and if you like to make family vacation. That’s not the right category! It was a 10/10

It is within a couple of minutes of walking distance of Patong Bangla road, JungCeylon shopping mall , the marketplace night market, and Patong boxing stadium as well as the Big C grocery store. The pool area on the 9th floor has a great atmosphere. Lots of restaurants, massage parlors, exchange places within walking distance. This area is in the heart of all the hustle of Patong, but away from the beach. You'd have to walk a few blocks to get to the beach. Laundromat is next door and their prices are decent as well. Staff and cleaning crew are all friendly and always available to help Overall I liked my stay in this place and would recommend it

One issue I noticed is that shower drains have a pressure valve which doesn't activate quick enough, which results in water pooling in the shower, you'd have to shut off the tap and wait for the drain to release the valve and water drains properly after. On nights there are fights happening at the boxing stadium, it gets very loud till midnight. For families with kids, this place wouldn't be ideal. The breakfast buffet is also limited and mostly catered to eastern European preference, although is the option of toast & jam with some fruits, but overall very limited choices. I also did not like their bathroom tissue, it is very thin, and just crumbles and disintegrates as soon as getting wet. The internet connection in this place is a bit of a challenge.

Good location, polite and helpful staff, comfortable room, swimming pool on roof, very comfortable.

Only minus was, when we was hurry to airport, and ask the hotel to call the taxi, we payed extra money for swiftness, (it was more expensive than grab taxi), hotel reception told us that taxi would come in 5 minutes. But in fact came in 30 minutes. But driver did his best and drive super fast to made it for us in time, big gratitude to him. We were very nervous but thanks to driver we arrived barely in time. All other aspects were good:).

Not my first time stay at this property and I'm back for a reason. Very convenient location, close walking distance to all amenities and entertainment areas - approx. 10 min walk Patong beach. The staff are always friendly and will go out of their way to assist if anything is required. The pool and gym is suffice for my requirements.

This property wouldn't suit someone that is a light sleeper (I am not so it didn't worry me) but there is consistent noise from the surrounding properties - Banzaan Market, Bangla Boxing Stadium and general street traffic. The property is probably a little outdated with the facility needing minor upgrades.

The staff were extremely respectful, helpful and kind. They fulfilled a few requests of ours and even provided medical supplies for when I injured my knee. The facilities in terms of the rooms, hallways and eating area were all very clean and had minimal faults. In terms of comofrt we had room cleaning do a very good job when they attended, new towels and water bottles everytime, they were also prompt and discreete. The value for money was excellent although we did go in the low season so that was some what expected. In terms of location about 5 - 10 min walk from Bangla road and you have a few restaurants and the Fighting stadium just outside so the sound can bleed into the rooms & if you are a light sleeper this will be a problem but for me it was fine.

The pool upstairs did seem a little unhygienic as I couldnt see any new water being pumped in whilst the old being pumped out. Saying this I was fine swimming in there and even accidently ingesting some water. Could have better noise insulation

Friendly and hospitable staff , comfortable and clean , this place has been exceptional ! Easy access to restaurants , shops , Bangla Street and 10min walk to Patong beach , breakfast is good , there is a excellent laundry next door and a beautiful roof top pool , we loved it here that much , we booked an extra 7 nites , I would definitely recommend to others , thank you , from 2 grateful Kiwis 🇳🇿

The noisy streets , you get used to it

Breakfast was average. Staff was very attentive and always had a smile on their face. Room was kept really clean and stocked. Everything worked as it should except A/C leaked water but was repaired immediately. Two lifts that worked flawlessly. All the staff was great

Boxing areana across the street and stayed very noisy till 11:oo pm. No electrical receptacle in the bathroom. The door banging was a little excessive due to kids running in and out of their rooms. No fault of the hotel and it all quieted down by 11 pm.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, some of the nicer beds in patong, and interconnecting rooms made staying with kids easier. Which we found hard to find in patong. Nice rain showers with good pressure The crib is in a great location, the quiet end of bangla l, but an extra block from the beach. Just around the corner is banzaan a brilliant place to eat. Go the long ways round till either side of the beaches to get off the beaten track for better food and shopping.

My only complaint was not much shade and no food or drink up at the pool. Which I guess makes sense for tidiness and maintenance, but it made it too boring for me to be up there long with the kids. I ended up at the beach or paying day passes to use other hotels pools

Stayed in crib for nearly a week which is situated in a prime location in patong (close to everything). I was able to walk out at all hours of the day and night and felt everything was on my doorstep which is exactly what I wanted. Whether it was gym, massages, food, beach, shopping, etc. It is also great value for money considering you get a room which has a functioning AC, balcony, a small desk, and a comfy enough bed to get some rest.

My only issues with crib was the lack of hot water, room size (smaller than other places) and the small desk space. The desk space was a big issue for me as it was uncomfortable for me to work due to its small size.
