Exceptional, staff, facilities, cleanliness, location, all superb. Lovely pool area, furnished with flotation vests for poorer/non swimmers. Nice little length of (narrow) beach which staff clean up the small amount of litter which washes up on each tide. Excellent breakfast display, replenished regularly. Seems to be mainly Asian guests. All in all, pretty faultless.

Poolside service not great, normally had to track down a waiter/waitress. Little word of warning for sea bathers, I stood on a sea urchin close in to shore, very rare occurrence, but pretty painful, hotel staff promptly got me a clinic appointment, clinic was as clean and clinicians as professional as you'll find anywhere.

Location was great, in the heart of the city, close to the night market, restaurants, shops, We ordered room service a few times, the food was great. Breakfast was also good, Pool was nice and big, not to many people were using it. Our junior suite was nice and spacious.

The hotel was very crowded, too noisy for our taste. Our room was near the pool bar, so unfortunately the music got louder and louder as the day progressed. Breakfast was good, but to many people, so nothing was refilled fast enough. Very busy hotel.

A great place to finish off our time in Vietnam. Rooms were spacious, generous balcony with amazing view. The pool and waiting staff were always happy, and looking to help you when they can. The breakfast had plenty of options for the variety of guest who stayed , the cocktails at the pool were tasty and had shots flavours you could taste. Not watery and sweet. The food was all hot and came out of the kitchen quickly. The pool was busy, however it is big so your didn't feel crowded. The food market 10 mins walk away , well worth a visit, plenty of fresh food cooked well.

Apart from the food market, not much outside of the hotel, it looked like many of the hotel guests took day trips.

The Breakfast restaurant was overcrowded and needs splitting into two sittings or two rooms. there wasn’t enough sunbeds on the beach, they could put more on the beach outside the night restaurant and around the childrens pool.

Seashells has a great location, on the beach and a couple of hundred metres to the night market. The airport transfer and checkin and out are well managed. The infinity edged pool is terrific, large and a good depth, with a nice swim up bar. Our Premium Ocean View room was outstanding— large, great view, comfortable beds, excellent shower and air conditioning, and good sized balcony. The buffet breakfast was nice- good choice and quick dish refills

Our room service dinner was very poor, and we were served a poorly cellared and out of life bottle of wine. To the hotels credit, it was replaced when we complained. With insufficient sun lounges around the pool, the pool attendants need to police people who “ reserve” chairs and then leave them unused for hours

Spacious room. Very nice infinity pool. The beach is right at the doorstep. The night market is only 50m away. Our room (premium ocean view room) has a million dollars view to the beach!!! Love it!

Don't forget to bring a power plug adapter if you use flat type power plug (type A for US, MEX, CAN, JAPAN), it would be a very hard time to plug in. This hotel is the only one I have issue with power plug. I've been in 6 other hotels in Vietnam, never had any problem plugging my devices!

Very clean, staff very friendly and ready to help. Room with a fantastic view on the pool but especially on the ocean with a wonderful sunset visible right from your bed. The staff has discounts in organising tours and transfers so very handy as a service. Free shuttle from and to the airport.

Unfortunately what it misses to get a maximum 10 evaluation is the organization and quality of of the meals. For sure end December is peak season so it can be forseen that they need more personel. For dinner (but same applies also for breakfast) they were few and visible not experienced (they took out our knives when we had meat, they brought us 1 menu when we were two, we had to wait for long to have the table cleaned and the order taken). Maybe the manager should evaluate having some more people during peak season and organizing them better. Also quality is suffering. Pasta with a tomato sauce completely raw (and it was for my 1 year old son...).

Very good swimming pool area and the hotel provides airport transfer. Comfy rooms and beds and really close to the port and night market. Very clean an cosy rooms.

Some minor elements could be improved, for example, the quality of breakfast - the Sunday breakfast seemed less fresh than on the other days. And coffee - they provided only with added sugar. When I asked for extra non-sugar coffee (I wanted to pay additionally), the staff gave me the lecture on how the coffee with sugar is better than the normal one... bizarre. Anyway, great stay, but sometimes you shouldn't treat your guests as idiots.
