Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Private balcony with chairs and a table. Very close to beautiful, long beach. Our room was facing North and was nice and cool despite the heat outside. Large shower room. Spacious room. Sitting area with comfortable armchairs. Access to outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities. Free gym. Most important: fantastic large, firm, comfortable bed!!! Nice ocean view from the restaurant partially obstructed by dunes. Massive Tv set with very limited number of English channels however you don't go there to watch tv. Very good access to shuttle bus to Biarritz town centre.

Lack of bathrobes and slippers. Understaffed breakfast. Very limited selection of food. Cold or lack of scrambled eggs. Poor selection of bread and baguettes considering it is France! Far away from any shops. Generally the room is quiet unless your neighbour above you ware high heels. Quite expensive taxi considering short distance form the airport or Biarritz town centre. Uber is not cheaper than regular taxi. Possibly even more expensive. I paid 29 Euro from the airport to the hotel on Saturday for a taxi and 33 Euro to the airport for Uber on Tuesday.

The location was great by the beach, we did not use the SPA, but it looked great. We sadly could not book another night as the hotel was full and understandably so. Car Parking was good, short drive to a lively bars/restaurant area on the beach. Beach was lovely.

I did not like like having to leave after one night, we wanted to stay another night. The second thing I did not like was the white and black room dividers in reception, they confused the walk to the lifts and also made the reception area look like a public library. I would paint them emeral green or a nice navy blue, would look more inviting and less clinical.

Location was great, right next to the beach.Room was spacious With a small balcony. Loads of parking available. We didn’t use the breakfast Buffett…but had dinner in the restaurant, which was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel very clean.

We would have used the massage and treatment area more but frankly it wasn’t easy to see/understand what was on offer. Not sure if the exercise classes were available to us …. Maybe an in room treatment/class menu would be good?? And alas, we felt the inside thalassotherapy spa area was better in the photos than in person - but that’s just us, maybe it’s a cultural thing.

Room was small but comfortable with a view and a small balcony . Plenty of parking available next to the beach . Staff was helpful .

There was rubbish from previous guests in the toilet . Winter bedding in July . Swimming poll closed when we arrived . Had to give my credit card details after paying in advance

Very close to the beach, nice surroundings and huge parking. Pool was small but fine ( too much salt in water maybe :)) and very nice and helpful staff.

Room was spacious but felt a little aged, specially the bathroom. The shower was quite uncomfortable ( too high and narrow space) and impossible to regulate the water temperature.

Beautiful beach a walk away! Very safe environment for family and spacious rooms. Relaxing spa and pool experience.

There were a few outdated exterior things but they maintain property very well overall.

A charge for a pet that is added daily and not one time for the entire stay feels a bit abusive

Great room, very nice hotel, beautiful view on the ocean.

The door closer of front door of each room is too strong. So if other guests don't hold the door until the end, the mechanism slams the door. It could be pretty noisy during the night.

Milk for tea & coffee TV channels poor selection The reception booked us a taxi on Sunday pm for Monday 15th @ 7pm, we received a text from the taxi company confirming this, they didn't turn up! However, reception were amazing and eventually found us one at the last minute as we were going to the airport for our return flight. The guy on reception waited until it had turned up otherwise he was going to drive us to the airport - they should not use this taxi company again! EXCELLENT SERVICE BY RECEPTION GUY

I liked the comfortable room size, the big bed with hard enough mattresses. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The hotel is located close to the beach and there are snack and dining places within the hotel and around.

Breakfast could include vegetables as well.
