All staff were super friendly and helpful, super clean , beds were comfortable, and thankfully this time in an Ibis hotel the shower was actually in the bathroom. loads of options in vending machines, Also from adapters for phones / socket to food, ready meals, pizza's. You can also order on a machine fresh food from a restaurant to be deltoid the hotel. Amazing options . Location was very close to Metro and busses . Well done this was my favourite Ibis hotel so far ( I've stayed in Birmingham, Belfast, London and now Paris) thank you so much .

Keypad on door wouldn't work properly, and then sometimes it did .

Location close to the Stade de France, which helped for the concert. Staff is quite friendly.

The check-in process. We arrived at around 5pm, when there was a lot of people waiting in the line, which was not an issue — we should have arrived earlier. But it was the 21st of June weekend, which meant Fête de la Musique as well as the Beyoncé concert at the Stade de France — there was only one person checking in guests at the desk, with about 30/40 guests waiting in the line. The other staff member was standing behind the desk, watching their colleague, unsure why? Shout out to the guy who was working on his own.

The room was clean and had plenty of room. We had a view of the rooftop garden--nice! Also, there are lockers available to store your luggage, which was perfect for us. We used them after we checked out but were not getting on our plain until the evening, giving us the ability to explore Paris for another day. The employees at the desk were awesome! They helped us photocopy some documents we needed and were just really accommodating.

The elevator door made a screeching noise when it closed and there was a huge field trip of teenagers that just happened to be checking out at the same time as us, so we ended up carrying our luggage down the steps. Also, to get to the airport, you have to take a crowded bus to the train and we experienced two men trying to pickpocket my husband on the bus. They were unsuccessful. The hotel seemed very safe however!

The location was perfect for me. I mainly visited Paris to attend a concert at the Stade de France, its walking distance to and from the venue and as a solo female traveller, I felt safe in the area. There’s a pizzeria restaurant conveniently located very close to the hotel, which was great for after the concert. The metro line is also around a 5 min walking distance and takes around 50mins to get to the Eiffel Tower. Bed was really comfortable in my opinion and it was clean

There wasn’t a tea making facility, which would have been nice

I really appreciated the quick and easy access both to the hotel and to public transportation, great metro line nearby. The location is ideal if you’re attending an event at Stade de France – just a short walk away. The room had air conditioning, which was a big plus during the summer heat. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and efficient. Would definitely recommend for short stays or event trips.

One downside was that the room could have been a bit cleaner especialy the bathroom Overall, a verry convenient option for short stays or event trips.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was wonderful throughout my stay. The room service was great, and it’s worth mentioning that anything you might urgently need, like a toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving razor, etc., is available at the dispensary, which is very convenient. The location is also good, not far from the tram and bus stations, making it easy to get around. Overall, a pleasant and practical place to stay.

it would be good to check the air conditioner, especially in these hot days, as it could be improved for better comfort.

Metro access in 300 meters, super market in the 20meters, halal pizza kebab chicken shop in 10 meters, 24/7 staff available. Funny though it has a Eiffel and montmare view but you need Samsung s24 zoom to see that

There are a lot of people in the hotel but there are just two elevators for 8 floors, so you could end up waiting 10 mints every time in peak season, the bathroom have only one liquid that is in the shower for hairs, hand and body and there is no other toiletries available bring your own face wash toothpaste paste and shampoo. But hotel please provide hand wash in the sink area as well at least. Hair dryer and iron available but you need to ask reception and give them your id card

Free and fast Wi-Fi. The room was small but clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful. I stayed on the 7th floor, and my room offered a view of the Eiffel Tower. There’s a supermarket conveniently located right next to the hotel. The subway station (Line 2, Aimé Césaire) is just a 5-minute walk away. I’m not sure if this is standard for all rooms, but mine had USB and USB-C sockets next to the bed, which was really convenient if you forget your charger.

The neighborhood isn’t the most appealing and might feel a bit unsafe to some international visitors. There are no coffee-making amenities provided in the room.

My husband and I had two twins beds (on purpose) which was great because there was no air conditioning and I didn't have to deal with his body heat. Lol. There was also a laundromat just next door which I would have used had I know ahead of time that it was there. There was a great patisserie in the square just a short walk away.

I didn't like the stigma that the community was unsafe or bad in some way. I wouldn't have walked around outside after dark, but I wouldn't do that in any city that I wasn't familiar with. We stopped in the square on a Saturday morning and it was nice to see the variety of people going about their day.

Smooth check in and clean room and very good bathroom facility . Not so far from metro station which we always used to visit city center of Paris. Public buses also near by and few restaurants and coffee bars around metro station is very helpful. They provided a early breakfast as we requested because of our early departure flight. Overall very good experience and hope to visit again when i visit France.

You have to waiting in the queue at breakfast room when groups of student staying this hotel.
