Clean, cool comfortable room, close to the airport, good security with electronic gate, good breakfast. Good value and someone on the Reception desk all night.

I booked for three people on the booking.com app; 1 adult and two children. The app considers a 17 yr old a child but the hotel considers it an adult. That caused confusion. I booked for three breakfasts on the app but the hotel insisted we had paid for two breakfasts?! Never had this glitchy sort of thing before. The desk staff could have been a bit more friendly and charming but they were young and I guess that will come with experience and time. Overall good.

Easy to find really nice staff good value for money you get what you pay for this is a 2 star hotel that must be remembered I was very surprised. they offer breakfast for 8 euros but plenty of nearby restaurants if you prefer the room was clean everything was how it was in the photos lovely view from the 3rd floor got to watch the planes the shower is very good and powerful just bare in mind this is in the bedroom strange but it worked I’d probably come back if we had to visit the area again thanks

The aircon A/C is awful and did not work because the machine needs to be serviced they have not had the filters cleaned for a long time but this is not the hotels staff fault more of a management issue I’ll attach a photo You only get One pillow per person and they can’t offer a extra for some this is okay but as for medical reasons it was uncomfortable

Exceptional value for money. Very good self service continental breakfast. Minutes from airport, and several restaurants within a few minutes drive, ie pizzeria del arte is highly recommended. Easy parking and friendly staff. Clean rooms every day. Midday check in and check out. Good WiFi and plenty power points and USB charge points.

In our room, the shower and sink drains stank at night. Our kids next door had no problem however it was the one issue with the place. We wet a towel and placed over the shower drain, plugged the sink used towels to seal the shower stall. You can hear people in their rooms etc, but the guests were all quiet at night, the hotel emphasises quiet using images on each door.

Room ideal for late afternoon flight arrival and car hire, then overnight stay close to the airport, but very quiet, then long drive next day. good breakfast next day to facilitate early departure and secure overnight parking

In the summer there is an open bar/ restaurant close by, but at this time of year it is necessary to drive a short way in towards the town of Carcassonne

Close to the airport. Easy to find and park. Nearby restaurants. Good air con as it was hot! Cheap and cheerful.

A privacy screen for the shower, especially when travelling with your teenage kids!

Would have liked a kettle in the room but it is budget. You could get hot water from the reception area.

Travelling from the ferry in st malo , on way to Spain it was a good place to break the journey I have limited mobility I didn’t mention that when I booked but was given a room on the ground floor with a wet room bathroom a great help

The gal when we checked out was very cold and didn't care of us. The room is very small and the breakfast basic.

Good and cheap hostel, but beware that it’s quite far from centre, so you might end up spending a lot of money on transport.

Easy to access from the motorway. Check in well handled. Wifi good and room perfectly comfortable. Breakfast good value and plenty of quick options locally for evening food, if your happy to go basic. perfect roadside stopover. Did not local bus service passes close by if one wanted to get to the city easily.

Not a lot given the value base of the hotel. Shower dispenser not properly working, but thats about it.
