Great welcome and a really lovely room. The location on Rue Trivalle is perfect for exploring the old city and the new city, and has loads of lovely casual restaurants on it. The rooftop terrace has a view to be rivalled anywhere.

The overall customer experience at this hotel was exceptional from the facilities to the location to the helpfulness of the owners. Without asking, the owner gave us restaurant suggestions, parked our car for us and couldn't have been more helpful. The room facilities were great with many more charging points than is usual in a French hotel - including USB sockets. The view from the Terrace alone would have been enough to make this an exceptional hotel - but that was just one of many facets to it. The water cooler where we could top up our own water bottles was much appreciated and not one we generally encounter on our travels!

Starting with the staff. Wonderful warm greeting and this continued throughout our stay. Staff very attentive and nothing was a problem. The location was magic, with a view of the castle out our window, as well as from the small roof top patio. Out the front door and there were at least 8 cafes/restaurants within 2-5 minutes walks. Overall as good as I could have hoped for. Also coffee machine available in our room. A must have is cassoulet. It is delicious.

Only that a small fridge would be handy. We have found this is common in France. No fridge and when on a road trip, there is a need to keep supplies cold.

Great location, lovely street by the old bridge leading up to the castle. Friendly, welcoming staff. We were on the top floor so had to climb a lot of stairs, but the spiral staircase was beautiful (and fun), and the terrace had a great view. Very comfortable beds.

Breakfast was a bit messy for me. My toast caught on fire in the conveyor belt toaster (charred to pieces) and neither of my soft boiled eggs (done myself with two different timers in the hot water pan) were cooked enough to eat. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby though.

The location was perfect directly by the old bridge! Small street with good restaurants and places to sit and drink coffee/wine! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and attention to detail. Our room was clean and had an ensuite bathroom with shower. The double room had its own coffee machine which was a touch of luxury! Bed linen changed daily & our room left immaculately clean. All the staff were helpful and attentive giving us plenty of helpful information to make our stay in Carcassonne very relaxing & enjoyable. A small & very friendly hotel which I unreservedly recommend! Thanks to you all!

Fabulous boutique hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. Room was spacious & clean. The garden at the rear of the property is a hidden gem......absolutely gorgeous area to have breakfast, read a book or enjoy some local produce & wine which you can purchase from the hotel's newly opened shop. Good location with the main sights easily accessible by foot. I wouldn't hesitate booking this hotel again if I was to return to Carcassonne.......loved it.

Breakfast was very basic but that's probably me being picky and there wasn't a safe in the room, which would have been a bonus.

The view of the castle from our room was spectacular, especially at night. We booked parking through the hotel and that allowed us to drive into the pedestrian zone, to the front door of the hotel. The owner parked our car for us and retrieved it when we checked out. Breakfast was lovely! I would highly recommend this hotel, and would love to stay here again. The owners are very kind an welcoming.

Beautiful little hotel in historic Carcassonne. The room was spacious, had much-needed air conditioning, and television. The bathroom was modern. The view of the castle from our room was spectacular, especially at night. We booked parking through the hotel and that allowed us to drive into the pedestrian zone, to the front door of the hotel. The owner parked our car for us and retrieved it when we checked out. Breakfast was lovely! I would highly recommend this hotel, and would love to stay here again, maybe when the temperature is cooler.

A friendly family run hotel. The rooms were clean and smart. The owners were obliging and willing to help with any problem, big or small. We were a group of 14, we had 7 rooms, and over the stay, no one had any real issues. That is a good enough reason to give a good review. Thank you every one at the hotel..We had a fabulous time.

Nothing not to like, as it has three floors if you're at the top you come home fitter than you left.

The location was great and very close to the entrance to the amazing old city of Carcassonne. The room was clean and there was coffee capsules in the room which was a nice touch. You can also go up to the 3rd floor to have a great view of the old city walls. Bed was comfortable.

There was just a very bad smell of sewage in the bathroom, we closed the door so the room itself did not smell bad but it was still not the best feeling. It was better later at night and in the morning.
