Very near to the castle , bar and restaurant across the road very handy . The rooms here are very small but ok for a few nights as we were travelling light. I would like to say that I think perhaps we got the best room, accessible to the swimming pool, with a wonderful view of the castle turrets . Quiet at night , slept well. We rather foolishly left our passports behind 🤷‍♀️ but the kind lady on reception (Audrey, I think) organised a taxi to collect them and bring them to the airport for us , thanks again to her .

The weather was bad, thunderstorms and rain, but no fault of the hotel.

Excellent location next to the citadel entrance. Nearby cafes and restaurants both inside and outside La Cite. Reception staff helpful. The pool is an added relaxation area Good breakfast, regularly replenished.

Rooms compact and little storage space. Shower gel dispenser on the wall doesn’t dispense much! No kettle tea/ coffee facilities in room but I think this is usual in France . The dining area is very crowded and constant queues for the one (very good) coffee machine on the morning we took breakfast

The best thing about this hotel is the location, right next to the old cite and also close to the old bridge, restaurants etc. The hotel has a small, clean pool area. In my opinion it is excellent value for location, clean small rooms and free parking. I have stayed here 3 times. Very clean rooms and the cleaning ladies were very nice, friendlier than reception staff. It is not a luxury hotel and I did not pay for same so my expectations were met, I genuinely think this hotel represents very very good value and would recommend overall.

One member of staff was rather rude and dismissive she was the only one, otherwise staff were functional and fine. Rooms are small, may not suit larger travellers, but again we found it good Strange door kept opening to toilet... there was a "knack" to close it otherwise would roll open while sitting on toilet. No fridge in room. Sound proofing not great, could hear other guests checking out and cleaners in adjacent rooms early in morning, noisey tour group with rolly bags.

Great location on the edge of the cite walls, we had a view of them from our room. Small hotel but very clean and comfortable and a lovely sunny pool area which was perfect for relaxing after a days walking. It was about a 20 mins walk down into newer Carcassonne but a nice walk and a good street with lots of evening restaurant options as an alternative to the old part. I am glad we stayed in this location rather than a hotel in a different part of town, would stay again.

We had a triple room for me and daughter, others said rooms on the small side and they'd be right, although our bathroom was a great size with big shower plus bath. All spotless.

Great location. Very, very clean and the house keeping was excellent, rooms cleaned every day with plenty of towels etc.

Nothing its great, parking is available but even if it’s busy street parking or main carpark is aprox 5 euros for the night.

Amazing location, really friendly staff and super clean. Fantastic shower! It's so close to the medieval city but easy to walk to the Midi too. The pool was lovely too and the water cooler much appreciated in the very hot weather. Nice selection at breakfast.

The room was not large but it was really clean and all that was needed for a stay in Carcassone.

Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and met our needs (2 adults and 2 tweens). Not many places open for breakfast locally so hotel breakfast was a good option. Pool was decent but very quiet so although kids are welcome and there were no complaints, it felt like you had to keep them quiet when they were using it. There is a great swimming pool about a half hour walk away.

Would have been good to have a fridge in the room.

We searched for a hotel with parking. Only after booking did we get a message saying parking was limited. As it turns out we did get parking, however we arrived an hour before check in and the car park closed soon after. Breakfast was lovely but the range of options was a little limited.

Excellent location immediately outside the old city. You can stroll in within a matter of minutes. We went during the off-season and it was lovely to just walk up in the evening or early morning and have the place almost to ourselves. Lovely little hotel, and great to have a parking space in the centre of town. Very nice staff and first rate breakfast. We had a family room for three and it was perfect for us.

What a super very well run hotel. Location perfect. Lovely clean bedroom. Breakfast was very good. Staff were lovely and helpful and all seemed to really enjoy their jobs. The swimming pool was a lovely end to the day. Very quiet at night (no sleep disturbance). Free parking at the rear of the hotel was great. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it.
