The receptionist were nice snd speak English. We got the room 237 on the 2nd floor with window with castle view which was nice. The bed was very firm and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped, but they gave only 1 towel each, which is strange knowing there is a pool and you won't use the same towel there. The location was convenient to the castle and to the old town too. The castle was maybe 10-12 minutes walk and the old town around 20. They have car park. There is an airport shuttle that takes you near by in 10 minutes for 6€ so no need taxi.

What was annoying is the toilet, it makes a noise randomly quiet often. Also there are pigeons living in the roof and they were very noisy. The pool and the steam room were not bad.

Very convenient with private and secure outdoor parking(no height restrictions). The apartment was everything we needed for an overnight stay. We had a quiet and comfortable night. It also had an outdoor seating area. The reception staff were particularly helpful on arrival.

There were no towels or cleaning products for the kitchen in our room. Reception were able to provide towels but not the cleaning pack. .

Excellent kitchenette with electric burner, pots and pans, microwave, kettle, and fridge. Easy free parking, great location, easy road access!

WiFi cuts out every so often and requires reconnecting, but it does work as long as your device remains actively using it, but means you often don’t get WhatsApp calls etc as it doesn’t remain connected while your device is asleep. But WiFi is often an issue at hotels and when it works, it’s fast and good!

The hotel was a short walk outside the citadel, though a half hour walk from the railway station. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a separate living/dining/kitchen area. Although we didn't use it, there was a launderette on site, which was helpful. We didn't use the pool, which looked tiny, but had a good separate changing area.

A perfect base for families. Beds were very comfortable and we had such a spacious balcony to sit out in. The kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed. The winner for us though was the wonderful location - so close to the medieval city and to shops and restaurants downtown too!

Pool changing rooms could be cleaner and can be busy at certain times of day but a great family facilty onsite

Location was only a 10 minute walk from the citadel. Room was large and had a small kitchen. Large safe car park inside the gated hotel complex. Breakfast was very good.

The was a strange odour in the first room and the air conditioning was not working. The next day we got moved to another room with working A/C in a separate building as all the air conditioning in the first building were faulty. This room was bigger but had a similar odour. This may have been the cleaning product being used. We got used to it after a time.

Location to Cité was 5 minute stroll (exit apphotel, go left then right and follow road to the Cité). Staff super helpful and great information provided. The facilities while basic were clean. Small swimming pool was an added bonus.

1 toilet roll provided for 3 day stay. No hand towel provided just a bath sheet. Checkout is 10am whereas 12 noon is the norm in most accomodations.

Spacious parking in pleasant, secure, grounds. close to the Citadelle for sight seeing. Room was comfortable, airy and spacious. Comfortable, large bed. Kitchen facilities were sufficient for a few days stay. Indoor pool onsite easily accessed and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our groundfloor apartment had patio doors out onto a lawned area.

Door into the apartment was sticking, needed some adjustment. Otherwise all was satisfactory

Close to the old city (5mins walk) very large carpark, this hotel is functional & convenient with friendly reception staff. The apartment was large and well equipped The ground floor has access to a grass area, accessible via French doors from the lounge and also the bedroom, which was convenient for the dogs.

The sofa was really thinly padded and uncomfortable, & the wifi was poor. You have to dispose of your own trash into a bin outside the gates, which was a little inconvenient having to go back to wash your hands after vacating the room but not really a problem.

Simple, spacious, well equipped accommodation. Very clean and very comfortable bed. All staff very kind and welcoming.

Only criticism could be that the rooms are a bit dated but everything works. Have stayed here before and would stay here again. Ideal for a break in Carcassonne if you don’t want to eat out all the time.
