Everything! Friendly staff, lovely pool, good bar, nice clean room and bathroom, comfy bed. Easy parking, good internet. Very happy to have kettle in room for late and early hot drinks. Good restaurant. We left early so didn't have breakfast. Very close to airport!

Only thing was, it was impossible to avoid water from shower spilling out on to the floor. Not really a problem for us, but not good for the floor, and needed too use to many towels to clean it. Maybe put up a curtain or screen, or extend the wall?

Extremely warm welcome from staff. They were very helpful. Really comfy beds. Clean hotel and rooms: Lovely pool area. 15 minute walk to the airport. We were also able to leave our cases at reception and use the facilities before our check in time which was a bonus.

The pool area was mainly quiet however when it got busy in the afternoon there was not enough seating around the pool as 3 of the sun loungers were broken and need replacing.

We chose this hotel as close to the airport. Very reasonably priced - we even used the very nice pool. Cost us €25 euro in a taxi to get there However, got the number 1 bus back to town later at a cheap price (could pay with cash) . Bus goes every 20 minutes up to 20:00. Room small but had tea/coffee/kettle and nice shower.

Beds ok - not great. Walk to airport only 15 minutes but no paved pavement in some places.

The breakfasts were fabulous. All you could eat including fresh bread, croissants, pain au chocolats. There were also hot breakfasts, omlettes, crispy bacon, pancakes, fresh orange juice (or apple juice). They had two fab coffee machines too.

Wasps! There were wasps everywhere, flying around the jams, Nutellas etc Maybe or was the time of year we were there, but they were such pests, even flying around trying to land on your coke when sunbathing.

Didnt have breakfast on any occassion, just not a breakfast person. I find location excellent ,we come and go thru carcassonne regularly. My daughter a nd family first experienced your hotel when they had an emergency in France, she passed it to me, I've passed it to my sister etc . We always enjoy it, we "get what it says on the tin", and it's super value.

A short walk from the airport Very pleasant and helpful staff Bar and restaurant small but perfectly adequate (great pizzas)and more traditional cuisine. One a very convenient bus route into the centre of town (1.2 euro) every 25 minutes or so Clean and comfortable

The staff was very nice .The room was good for the price we paid. There is a kettle , samples to make a tea or a coffee and air cond. The room is big enough and the bed comfortable . Wifi worked well . There is a restaurant and a bar and prices are reasonable .

Nothing really . The noise of the road nearby can be a bit annoying but nothing that the hotel can really do.

Pool, friendly staff

The walk to the airport, the foot path, or lack of was terrible.if the city authorities do not maintain this walkway, especially at the motorway underpass and on the hill leading up to the roundabout, the hotel should undertake to do it. A landscaper for 2 hours a month would make a big difference. We had a childs push chair and 3 suitcases, so it was quite difficult to navigate. Or the hotel should provide a basic airport transfer service

The location and value were excellent for our tour of France . We paid £50 per twin room per night £25 each it was our cheapest room on the trip and the best thing it had a lovely pool . The staff were really lovely , breakfast was great €13 I think it cost . Carcassonne castle was a good 75 minute walk though .

Cracked tile in shower which I managed to cut my foot on Had to change rooms after a few days as there was an ‘electrical problem’ No buses to or from town after 8.30pm or at all on Sunday
