Jean on reception was so accommodating and friendly. He helped us navigate our way around cognac and was always polite and friendly when he saw us. Fantastic location and close walk to bars, restaurants, shops and the beautiful river.

For our 4 day stay we could have benefitted from a bit more wardrobe space such as a couple of draws or an extra shelf. The top shelf was really dusty so we had to clean it before using it

Both the receptionist ladies were lovely. They helped us with restaurant recommendations and something about the history of the town! We got a heads up before we arrived about a farmers demonstration, which was helpful to us to plan our arrival time. Parking was right outside, too!

I stay in Cognac for work a lot-this is the first time I stayed here-really excellent hotel-comfortable beds, AC/heating for comfort-needed in summer-great staff, parking over the street, central, great shower-super clean-top

Absolutely nothing

Breakfast was ok as expected , location you couldn’t improve , right in the heart of the town surrounded by cognac houses and great restaurants .

The weather , it rained A LOT but that’s not the hotels or cognacs fault , would still recommend.

Excellent hotel that met all expectations. Lovely staff. Room was clean and worked well - bathroom, shower, air conditioning, and bed. Hotel was quiet and in a fantastic location a few minutes from the center of Cognac. EXCELLENT value to stay in this area. Free parking on weekends across the street and around town.

Hotel location is amazing. In the very calm part of the Cognac center, close to Martell and Remy Martin. Big free parking just in front of the hotel. Hotel is cozy and clean, good option for solo travelers or couples. Ideal for business reasons. Breakfast was good with fresh food and bakery products. Staff was helpful when needed.

location was great, free parking across the street, breakfast was good!

we almost got stuck in the elevator a few times, we’d take it to ground level and the door wouldn’t open, it would then proceed to level one, not open and then it would go to ground and luckily open.

Decor/condition of the separate toilet within the room was akin to a 2 star hotel (but the separate main bathroom was in much better condition).

The room was very clean, with a good shower room. We everything we needed. Great location. Very friendly, helpful, cheerful staff who also spoke English...a great bonus for us as we have limited French.

We would liked to have had tea/coffee facilities in our room.

Good location, free public parking nearby. Nice staff and good room for 1 night stay. Dog friendly.

It’s better to park in the evening as during the morning/day parking lot nearby is pretty crowded.
