What a wonderful hotel. It’s absolutely beautifully designed and executed. From the minute we arrived we were personally greeted by name and looked after. Beautiful room, excellent restaurant. We ate in the bistro and it was delicious, best chocolate dessert I’ve ever had! The electric bikes were fun and they organised us a Cognac tasting tour - great fun! Sadly the weather was not at its best so we didn’t get to try the walks, or enjoy the garden or outdoor pool - it’s a great reason to return!

Very comfortable hotel and room. The technology in the room re bathroom and lighting was fantastic! The grounds were lovely and we made use of the pool briefly! The bistro food was excellent. Staff very helpful.

The breakfast set up on low tables wasn’t comfortable, especially when very tall or elderly. No room to tuck legs under table so only really comfortable eating with plates on your knee! Tricky coffee machine in bedroom. Also we had about 40 shield bugs come into the room from the trees. The hotel had tried to get rid of them but they were all over the floor under the window:-(

This is true 5 star hotel, the design of the place is unique. Attention to children is kind. They had small bath robes, slippers and color pencils ready for my children when we arrived. Every evening they make up your bedroom ready for the night rest. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. Highly professional team together with the beautiful property make it a wonderful place to stay. Special thanks to Antoine and Morgan.

We loved everything, from a very second of our arrival to the last second of our departure. This is the place where hospitality and professionalism are exquisite. The rooms are superb, luxurious in real meaning, and attention to detail is impeccable. Restaurant was magnificent , food seasonal and local, perfectly portioned, cooking techniques exciting yet not gimmicky. Service staff was spotless, service simless, and the atmosphere enjoyable. As a frequent traveller, places like this one are very,VERY hard to find. The team of the La Nauve, thank you!

A beautiful place. Everything was exceptional. We went to Cognac because I wanted to stay at this hotel. From check-in to checkout, everything was great. The room was spacious and luxurious. The staff are professional. The property was beautiful. The food was delicious. They exceeded my expectations. It may be a bit more expensive but you definitely get the first class experience.

Every thing in the hotel is marvellous and luxurious! The room is well and conveniently equipped with all necessary items like usb plugs. The bathroom has fantastic shower, bath robes. The garden is beautiful and full of herbs. Both Restaurants are great. The best part is staff who goes extra miles to help you. Morgan at reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Zagnar in breakfast is so lovely who’s proud of her work and make the breakfast time enjoyable

Wonderful location, calm and peaceful, I absolutely adore ART deco style interior, everything finished with high attention to details. Exclusive breakfast and restaurants and most importantly very nice and helpful people, high standards service, beautiful gardens and perfect location.

The hotel restaurant in terms of qualty and service is really first class.

House rennovation opposite was incredbly noisy preventing us from using the terrace. We were not informed of this in advance, despite this rennovation having been going on for some months apparently.

The property was excellently appointed throughout the staff where extremely friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast was superb as was dinner at the brassiere. The room was beautifully designed. An exceptional hotel.
