Location was good and central to where I wanted to be. Staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive Breakfast excellent selection not just continental but also an option of scrabbled eggs and bacon and fab that they offered an eve meal.

Minor points 1- it would have been fab to have a English Channel on tv .. there is only so much news you can listen to.. but appreciate I’m was in France.. 2- a little more light in bedroom would have been good.

Great location at the junction to several major routes - despite that the hotel was surrounded by trees and quiet in the evening. The facilities were spot on and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Felt totally at ease throughout my stay.

A common problem in most hotels - at times the hotel was understaffed "front of house" - too much to do for so few people..... That said all the staff were helpful and multi tasking to keep guests comfortable - good show!

Basic fairly small room but as a 'Value for Money' hotel this was to be expected and it had everything we needed. We weren't expecting a restaurant and bar but it turned out there was one and we had an exceptionally nice meal that evening that was very reasonable priced. I would highly recommend this. It even had a 'Cognac' menu which we had to sample of course as we were staying in Cognac!

Good size rooms. Bar area with pool table. Excellent breakfast. Loads of car parking on site.

Thrre was really nothing. I didn't like. The hotel is situated away from the city centre in a retail park, 1km from the main dual carriageway, but I knew this when I booked. The retail park includes a Buffalo Grill restaurant, where we went for our evening meal. There is also a Burger King.

Staff friendliness was much above the average which was cool! Overall comfortable hotel with big parking. Super tasty and varied breakfast. Nice kids play zone with a slide in lobby.

Wear & tear is visible in the rooms and common areas. AC did not work properly despite it was not a hot day. Hair dryer blew out at the end of our stay.

on arrival charge taken that debited total bill + €50, adjusted on booking out, but not explained, thought card was being checked ! Staff children a bit noisy, background music modern rap, not, in my opinion conducive with hotel “lounge” which in itself had no comfortable seating, only hard chairs at tables.

Very friendly greeting, great staff. Comfortable rooms & lovely breakfast. They also made a real fuss of my little dog.

It's not a huge deal, but the food choice for dinner was very limited. I am fussy & struggled with what was on offer.

Staff very helpful and friendly. All communal areas were clean and well maintained. Room spacious and very comfortable. Full breakfast included. Evening dinner trays were excellent. Free parking. Free wifi.

The pool could only be accessed by a 2-step ladder so patrons with mobility issues (like myself) could not easily access the pool..

The owner/manager of the hotel is one of the nicest and involved people I have met over many years of travelling and staying at a wide range of hotels. He went out of his way to help, assist and engage wherever he can. One can see the passion he has for the industry and purely puts his customers first. The rest of the staff obviously got infected by his great attitude as they all worked with a smile and were very helpful.

nothing much. just a small correction as a feedback would be the slight landing area near the pool which serves no purpose is quite dangerous and can get ppl to slip easily. a warning sign would be enough.
