The hotel is very clean, good size room with a fridge, air-conditioned (it was around 35°C outside), with a bar in the lobby, in a great location close to the center of Cognac. The breakfast was nice with plenty of different options. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay and it was just as good as the first time. Good size room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Great location and on site parking at a very reasonable rate. An improvement in that the WiFi is now allowing 2 devices per room. The reception staff let us leave the car in the car park until after lunch again, much appreciated!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good location, close to the centre of town and restaurants. Nice bar in the hotel. Easy parking in front of the hotel.

An elevator (lift) temporarily out of order was a bit problematic for us due to a foot injury.

The beds were super comfortable, the place was very clean and the breakfast was fantastic.

They can’t do anything about it but the size of the bathroom was very small and cumbersome te get around, but it was very clean and the water pressure was excellent

Great location, big tidy room with everything you needed. Staff were friendly and on hand to help with any queries we had. Would definitely recommend.

The air conditioning would not turn down to a lower temperature

Breakfast was ok.

It was all ok. Met one staff member at Reception, he also multitasked at breakfast too. Fridge was not working. Pulled it out and was unable to plug into socket.

Very convenient to the center of town and shops and restaurants and near the Hennessey House. Room vas very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The water gets extremely hot. The staff was professional and very helpful

So convenient for the music festival Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking also convenient. Water fountain in reception. Very clean and comfortable.

Quiet and comfortable but very close to centre on foot for shops, restos and beautiful park with fountains. Private, secure parking for 10€.

Nothing to complain about!
