Be prepared for other guests in the living area. I liked it very much for the two weeks I’ve been there. But there were some people that immediately ran to their room and were hiding from other guests. Have a chat with everyone, I bet nobody will bite you. Also the free parking was pretty good, and the host is super friendly.

The badroom towels weren’t very clean, luckily I brought my own badroom towels. So I also recommend to bring your own, they have a washing machine and a dry room.

The mountain view from our room was really nice. Easy to get to the tram into town. We had contact with someone managing the property who refunded us for an issue with the hot water.

There was no hot water and checking in was very complicated BUT we got a partial refund in the end so we’re very happy with our stay.

The place is very clean and is styled well in quite a neutral and tasteful way.

Booking has pushed it to my list of options with a "private bathroom" filter on. Sadly the place was a usual 3 room flat with a shared kitchen and a shared shower. Amenities were kept, clean, but the guests I stayed with have spent all day long in the living room sofa with some mess in the kitchen. Coming home felt a bit like invading their privacy. The location is relatively distant, but walkable. 40-50e a night is a great price for this place!

We didn't expect breakfast. The location was exelent - out of the city, but within walking distance (half an hour), on the 9th floor away from traffic noise, with a nice view to the mountains from the living room, nice furnitures and a huge BioCoop shop just around the corner!

Excellent accommodation, luxurious equipment and professional approach of the owner of the apartment, who helped us remotely with accommodation when Booking notified us twice, but did not send instructions for accommodation and we stayed on the street for a long time. Booking instructions of the messenger with a long delay, only at 8.30 p.m., when thanks to the owner we were already at the accommodation. I warmly recommend this accommodation to everyone! It meets even the greatest demands.

Was nice modern apartment, plenty of balcony space to enjoy the weather, nice views of the mountains, simple check in process and didn't notice the other guests too much.

A bit out of the way for Grenoble itself and not much going on in Fontaine. Did realise the booking was a shared apartment.

Clean, cosy and with great view on the surrounding mountains. Also, parking is easy and free.

For best experience probably better to rent the three bedrooms as a group of 5/6 friends.

Everything was perfect, very clean and very cozy. Next time we pass by there we will stay there again.

A bit far from Grenoble downtown although there is a tramway going there 5 mins from the appartement
