Tasty and varied breakfasts. The hotel restaurant also serves tasty dinners. Very interesting solution was applied in the hotel for "self-service coffee, vine, beer, etc." based on trust between the guest and the hotel.

The air conditioning didn't work. The hotel (rooms) needs to be "refreshed" and renovated. Difficulties in parking the car upon arrival (there is no parking space in front of the hotel, access to the internal parking is troublesome and time-consuming).

Very soft spoken staff. I was there for a long stay and wanted a view of the Alpes mountains. She headed my request and I got the room facing the Alpes mountains.

The location is excellent, train station is very close, downtown is in walking distance and I could have a still silent room.

I didn't miss anything specifically, but for the price I would expect more.

Breakfast choices were good, comfortable dining room to eat in, staff attentive. Staff at front desk very knowledgeable about places to go and see.

I had emailed the hotel in advance as requested for a parking space but on arrival was told none were available so had to park in the public car park at double the cost.

The room cleanliness, the very spacious room and massive bathroom which had a shower and bath tub. Also when I checked out the front desk was able to store my luggage till I got back from my engagements in the evening to pick it up.

Breakfast was a typical continental, Croissants & pastries were good & fresh. Coffee from a machine was ok but small measure. Staff friendly. location was a short walk from town centre. Restaurant reccomended by reception was excellent. Garage access direct from reception was good.

All employees were always nice and polite. Room was well cleaned and the location was really good, close to the main station. The breakfast is also quite good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to the tram to access the shopping area within a 15 min ride.

The price is great for a night, has a fridge in the room. But the hair drier can be improved, it’s an old fashion and the wind is weak.

The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes from the station. Luggage storage before and after the stay was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. AC was a big plus in exceptionally hot weather. The staff was very helpful. Room service was good.

There were some issues with the shower but were fixed immediately when talked to the staff about it.
