The location is perfect, 10 min walking from the railway station. The staff speaks English good, and they were ready to hear and to help. The kitchen is well-equipped, easy to cook.

First, there is no a holder for the toilet paper, WHY?! There is a plenty of space on the walls! Then, it would be better to have some hooks or garderobe hangers for the coat just next to the entrance door (not only in the sleeping room!). Concerning the sleeping, the blanket is awfully thick!! This is not Siberia, such blanket is TOO warm! Please provide something more suitable for your climate!

It had everything we needed. It was near to the train and bus station. The staff were very helpful. We liked the piano and table football. It was quiet but we could go to the bar if we wanted more company.

We couldn’t get the TV to work but we didn’t have time to watch it anyway. I’m sure if we’d asked the staff would have sorted it out for us.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night so didn't need cooking utensils but the little kitchen seemed well equipped. The breakfast was a little pricey but there was plenty of choice and we all had plenty to eat

We came back from looking round town which was at least 20 mins walk, hoping to have a drink (it was about 9.45) but the bar was closed. This was only a minor inconvenience though.

The breakfast was decent, but the staff member unfortunately spoke no English, so it was a little difficult to get answers to my questions. They have a parking garage which was nice.

There were helicopters flying over well into the night which kept my husband awake. Obviously not something the hotel could remedy.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The staff is very friendly and gave us all the support we’ve needed. The bedroom is a perfect little flat with everything one needs to have a good stay in Grenoble. Me and my family just stayed for one night but I did see how amazing the amenities were. Lovely place and I totally recommend it.

We didn't see the staff in person as we were a late check in, how've on the phone they were incredibly helpful, organising everything we needed. The apartment was perfect and excellent value for money due to the size and facilities!

Nothing! It was easy to find, eat to park and easy access after hours. I can't rate the food as we didn't eat there.

Clean rooms. All expected facilities available. Comfortable beds. Very nice parking, although a little expensive.

Toilet too small and no place to wash hands. Shower had sink to wash hands but from toilet you had to go through living room and bed room. Opening Sofa bed was very convoluted and cumbersome.

The staff at Le Hub was very helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. The location is perfect, only 3 minutes away from the main station in Grenoble. Easy to check-in and check-out. Everything was beyond our expectation. If we'll come back to Grenoble, we will definitely stay here again.

Clean. Warm. Good location. Good value for money.

The pillows were not comfortable for me. They were too thick and looked like large blobs of synthetic materials. I could not sleep, and my head kept sliding off these large round blobs.

The hotel is very close to the bus station, and all staff were very helpful.

The only downside was the construction on the ruff, which forced us to wake up every day at 8 despite wanting to sleep more. Although I believe it is temporary, we were not informed beforehand.
