The apartment is great - spacious, clean and well equipped. The real condition is the same as on pictures. The 2 bedroom apartment is very comfortable for a family with 2 kids. It was good that the refrigerator was big enough and there was a dishwasher. The hallway and storage room at the entry guarantees that the apartment is clean. Second toilet at the entry of the apartment is also a good option. We liked the heating system when you can adjust the temperature in each room at your convenience. The houses are located in a way that you do not need to cross the road or parking area (which is close), but go directly to the ski area. The location is great - everything is at arms length - ski-lifts, cross-country ski track, snow sleds track, equipment rental, grocery, automatic laundry.

It can be advised for an owner to put in the apartment beforethe check-in several dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, liquid soap and some cleaning means.

It’s location and local facilities where excellent. Feclaz is a super village and caters for all - walkers, bikers and lake swimmers (bottom of mountain)

Pool and location were perfect. Just a few meters walking from all shops and bus station from La Feclaz

The beds were a bit unconfortable but still a good cost benefit appartment. I would for sure return.

Madame Vacances Les Chalets Du Berger has the best receptionist and is very helpful. It is located in a beautiful mountaines environment and there is small stores with local handcraft. It is a very nice place.

Amazing view from the balcony, the sound/smell of cows was mind healing each morning.

We paid for wifi 20€/week which turns out to be really really bad if you want to do remote work, i would strongly advice not to.

We liked the ease of plenty close activity, the available restaurants (Sapey being definitely the best one) and friendly players of people working in the station

The chalet was not precisely sized as expected following discussion we had on the phone with the hot line, as well as extra invoice for TV and wifi connection unplanned in the contract

The property has the newly taken photos they need to update the latest versions

We didn’t tried the pool it has only indoor pool and have to pay everything

This is a pretty good location, the apartment is spacious, cities, lakes are not far away (Annecy). A lot of cyclists, good climbs (Mt Revard).

Great location, stunning views and really helpful staff. Pool was a great bonus too.

Not being aware of having to pay extra for bedding and being responsible for cleaning the chalet or paying 120 euros to have it cleaned. I don't disagree with any of the above but when booking a cheap chalet for 60 euro a night that sleeps 8 I guess I should've known there was more too it. So, just for reference bedding is extra. Cleaning the chalet is also expected and you must supply all of your own cleaning products.
