Free parking, hotels room good. Clean. Hotel staff speaks English. Good breakfast. Beds were good only the third bed was a little bit hard. Next to bus stop, where you can take the bus directly to Versailles (20 min). You can even walk to the palace, about 45 min (4 km). Next to Westfield 2 (shopping center), inside supermarket and restaurants

The outside is a little bit outdated.

Fantastic staff, very helpful. Never saw anybody I thought was a manager, everybody just worked together so well. I'm an ex manager, so I noticed this. Breakfast excellent, huge choice of options, always extremely well laid out, whatever the time I had it. Great room, very clean. Good location, a couple of minutes from a bus stop, with easy access to the train stations and the City of Versailles. Shopping mall opposite was very handy.

It was very hot when I was there, and I did struggle to sleep sometimes, even though the air con was on. Maybe some instructions how to work this would have been handy. The plastic sheet under the bed sheet, probably didn't help either. The bathroom was very small. Ok for me on my own, I kept the door open but could have been if there was more than 1 in the room.

The room was good and the added benefit of a door between the main door and the room always helps keep the noise down with passing guests. The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful.

The bar was very poor and lack of choice of room service was disappointing. The choice of restaurants in the area wasn't great unless you went to the shopping centre across the road. Far too commercial rather than local restaurants for my liking.

Calm place. Bus stop in 2 steps. Shopping mall is in 3 steps.very pleasant receptionists.

Walls should be painted in the rooms. Tooth paste was extremely bad quality (shampoo , shower gel and hair cond. amazing from the Brand “Nuxe”. Breakfast good except pancakes - served cold and crumbling eggs terrible - like soup and bad taste. Coffee amazing, bread etc super!

The reception employees were very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Access to public transportation’s was nearby and easy to figure out. There was a bus that went directly from across the street from the hotel to the Palace of Versailles and the train station. It was easy to catch the train to Paris. We were happy to have free parking and then not have to move the car again until we left.

The bathroom was quite small so sharing between two people took some coordination but it was doable.

The closeness to Hospital Parly 2 was my main concern, and it was walking distance. Additionally, it was walking distance from a main bus stop and the Westfield shopping mall! So getting groceries and small travel items were easy to do! If we would have wanted to go to the Palace of Versailles, the bus ride there was about 15 min - very easy. The breakfast was satisfactory and the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast staff was very kind and cheerful! The afternoon and evening front desk staff were kind and friendly as well!

We requested a room with bathtub (which we received, grateful!), but the tub was a step up from the ground, and both my husband and I almost slipped stepping out of the shower/tub. A handle on the wall by the tub exit would be safer.

It’s a chain hotel, so we enjoyed a standard hotel facilities without any surprises. Comfortable beds, nice location. It isn’t in the city centre, but there is bus stop just near the hotel and a good shopping mall. We stayed for a night to watch Versailles night musical show there and were absolutely satisfied.

Breakfast had a large selection of food,to suit all tastes. The room was cleaned daily,and coffee and tea replenished. The restaurant and bar were spotless, all staff were very pleasant and helpful. free secure parking was a bonus, I will return.

Lighting in the room was a bit dim because there was no ceiling light, only ones on the headboards of the beds. Although lighting in the bathroom was first class. we did have a problem with the sink plug that stuck and would not drain, but that is nit picking.

Excellent location if you are visiting the palace. Mall right across with nice restraunts & cafes. Staff very prompt in bringing things to the room eg a fan, iron, extra mugs etc. Although ac was working properly, it was extremely hot in aug.

Great location for access to local sights, (we were driving). Shopping centre across the road for restaurants etc. The breakfast was superior in choice, quality and quantity. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice bar to have a drink or two.
