Good breakfast, staff nice but English is limited, I had to pay tourist tax on arrival. Our window/blinds didn’t work, we raised this and were given a new room next door, which was nice. Hotel is directly next to a tram line, good transport lines, Le Havre was the perfect place as a base for our normandie travels. We came from a Paris hotel which was dirty so this was a nice difference as things were clean and modern. We expected much worse after being laughed at and mocked for being English upon calling before arrival, however staff were really nice in person.

Staff mocked and laughed at us on the phone a few days before arrival, breakfast wasn’t fully replenished, the variety wasn’t as much as it stated on the website, no fruit, eggs, etc. apple juice was often ran out, alongside pastry’s and cereals, no matter what time we arrived. What was there tasted good though. The cooking facility’s were awful, we loved the community of meeting others while using the shared kitchen, however there is next to no crockery or utensils, and it took us about 2 hours to cook something that should’ve taken 20 minutes. Compared to the rest of the hotel, this was very dirty and needed a clean. We did appreciate this being available at the hotel though!

Very comfy little room, super easy check-in, good mattress and and bedding. Couldn't here the other guests from their room. The staff was super friendly. There is a kitchen area that I didn't use, I saw at least a few microwaves. Also enclosed parking is available. I used the free parking just in front of the building, it was perfect.

Felt a bit locked in as the only window opens on the open air corridor so that people will immediately look into your bed when you don't close the blinds. A view-blocking film on the window would be good. As the shoiwer is in the same room you kinda have to open the window at least once. Also the shower drips heavily when you just open the water in the sink, so there's also water spilling on you. I know this system already from South East Asia but here is is not very well applied. The rooms are well insulated but not to the outside. So you here people walking by and the water is running quite loudly when a neighbour takes a shower.

Quick check in by friendly staff, dogs allowed. Cheap and basic but fine for a one night stop over. Room was clean and bed comfy. Tv small but large white walls worked well with my projector for Netflix!

The shower was open and above the toilet, which I didn’t like. It was functional but very small space.

Clean and felt safe, modern. Staff were very helpful and stored our bikes overnight in a secure, locked space. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Room was clean and functional.

The room was the smallest any could be with shower/toilet in the same space - this was fine but very minimal (eg no chair or space for one). We couldn't fnd anywhere nearby to eat out, but there are regulart trams to central Le Havre

Friendly and helpful member of staff at reception. Practical. I like the pathway in front of the rooms. Walking distance from Auchan and shopping center.

Value for money. Good for overnight Stay.

Rooms are extremely small with no space for more than 2 luggage bags.

Clean room and breakfast available. Good value for money.

The bed wasn't comfortable, and I could hear next room noise.

the Bathroom door is short, a little uncomfortable if you are sharing a room with someone and you want to use the Toilet.
