Quiet location. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Best night sleep in a hotel! Will stay again.

Unfortunately the pool wasn't open when we arrived. This was very disappointing for the kids after a very long drive from England. However, it was fixed the next day but had no time to use it as we needed to continue our journey to Spain.

Breakfast choice was excellent.

Very convenient for the airport but, arriving late (23h00), in the dark in an unknown area, I found the entrance almost by mistake. No signage or lighting at the carpark entrance. I missed it the first time and had to take the Rocade and go round the block again ! The booking app was unclear and I had understood the breakfast to be included in the price I was quoted. This was not the case.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Also the restaurant was very ok. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

The location is quite ugly. I think if you are with the car it makes a lot of sense to go here, because it's next to I think the highway? If you are with public transport like us, it is quite a hassle to get there, especially if you have luggage.

I appreciate the comfort, the quiet, the cleanliness and the very kind staff. The restaurant offered very good menus, quality service. The location is close to the airport, but very accessible to the city. Congratulations and I will definitely come back with pleasure

Pleasant hotel, welcoming staff, nice size room with ac, comfy bed, great to enjoy a dip in the swimming pool after a long hot day spent in Bordeaux, didn't try the breakfast but the dinner meal was very good.

The shower tray was a bit slippy!

great buffet breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming staff. we were able to assemble our bikes at the hotel and head off for ten days of riding.

The hotel is located in a very industrial area, which is a little limiting if you want to walk about, but it is a great place to start off on a bike trip.

Good location for our needs (gymnastics competition at nearby stadium). Staff very friendly. Easy parking. Room we had was a great size and very clean.

Breakfast was a little basic for the cost. Restaurant is shut on the weekends so we had to drive to find a place for dinner, but we knew this when booking.

Very nice staff and facilities. We reserved a room for 4 and it was very roomy, with 2 twin beds upstairs in a mezzanine. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. Location is ideal (even if a little hard to find at first).
