Price!! Cleanness, nice Singapore lady that tell us what to see and how. and change our rooms to connected rooms with our kids the next day when we added one night. Lots of restaurants (chains) for the tired traveller that want convenience and don’t want to overpay in the city of Bordeaux for the sometimes crappy food at the tourist traps.

The smell of armpit sweat lingered in the room for 2 days? Please get rid of the carpet in the rooms and it will be perfect. Carpet on corridors can stay for the noise. Please housekeeping don’t!!! open the door every morning at 8.00. Knocking is no use as you open the door right away. And please give connecting room if selected as you ask on your website and also stated that you are a family with 2 kids. Maybe the armpit smell comes from the hardworking housekeeping team, because the same smell was also in the hall every morning. Sorry to say, but sincerely hope you think this is good feedback. Because we love our stay

The room was really big, with free coffee and tea, a kettle, body soap and a hair dryer. The second bed for the 3rd person was not a bunk bed. The AC was easy to control too. Very convenient because close to the airport but the parking lot is a bit small as shared with another hotel.

The second bed was very noisy, very noisy! No shampoo nor toothbrush, toothpaste. We could hear the planes from the airport and people's carriers in the hallway but we're all in that hotel for the same reason: very close to the airport!

It was an overnight stay in room 406. E-charge was available for our electric car. Access by elevator or large staircase. Very clean, large room, large bed, big windows which we could open. Air conditioned. We did not use the restaurant. Patio area access. Easy airport access via tram.

Really easy to get to from the airport as the tram stops almost directly outside. Perfect for night flights! Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and well equipped.

One of our group was on a camp style bed (not an issue in general as we had booked a triple room) but it squeaked loudly with every move through the night.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great dessert buffet -- we were travelling on my birthday, and I was able to sample three different types of chocolate cake (in my defence, I chose the starter +dessert option and missed out a main course).

The hotel was difficult to find. We were at the end of a trip, driving a hire car without sat nav, and had already got lost in central Bordeaux due to road works. In the end we asked for help at the reception desk of a different hotel and were given a beaming smile and a sketch map, which worked fine.

Great location, great value & very clean

Only one power socket in room which caused a problem due to my medical equipment. Only one available socket is a deal killer for recommendation or repeat custom.

The clean, larger than expected room and the very comfortable bed were all very welcome.

Restricted menu in the restaurant could be more adventurous. The very angry foreign man screaming and shouting at the staff was very unsettling.

For a airport hotel room size was very generous.

We arrived around 10pm and there was only one parking spot left. Thankfully our car fit into that spot. But if we arrived later I don’t know what we would do. Seems like there are not enough parking spots.

Super convenient hotel for airport arrivals or departures, especially now that the tram line to the airport passes right in front of the hotel. I've stayed here multiple times, and it has always been perfect for what I needed.
