Breakfast could be better and had some very old pieces of fruit (some very soft kiwis, apples, etc.). The breakfast consisted of: coffee machines, water, milk (hot or cold), juice (not fresh), croissant, pain-au-chocolat, bread, ham, cheese, marmalade, butter, yogurts, two types of cereal for the milk, hard boiled egg. No hot meal.

Staff were very friendly, gave us lots of helpful advice and arranged an early check in for us. Nairi at reception was great and booked us an early morning taxi to the airport. The apartment was clean and a good size with two bedrooms. The pool was an added bonus. Bus stop outside the main entrance where you can visit Bordeaux city centre in about 30 mins or the coastal towns of Ares and Cap Ferret. Large supermarket in Saint Jean D'Illac 10 min walk and a couple of restaurants and takeaways within walking distance of the apartments. Good pizza takeaway service also available through reception.

The pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was good but could have had a little more variety, maybe some eggs and more hot food options.

Friendly staff. We could bring the dog and they gave gift for her (portable water bowl, treat and a roll of poo bags). The location was really convenient as 15mins drive from the airport. Also, a short drive to a lake and restaurant at walking distance. Came with my parents, my dad locked us in after 3mins and they gave me a second key straight away. Nice bathroom with bath tube, separate toilets, comfortable big double bed, aircon upstairs and downstairs. Free parking. Didn't use the swimming pool but it looked great (opened until 8pm).

Lovely, helpful staff who went above and beyond when responding to requests. Maeva was confident with speaking English and even phoned and made enquiries on our behalf. She was fab!

We were travelling with dogs so we needed a ground floor apartment. When we arrived our room was on the second floor which was not acceptable. We were given a ground floor apartment or we opted for one but it was not renovated and we kind of made do with what we had! It was however spacious and had a garden terrace.

Very nice family oriented hotel. Surrounded by pin trees with good size swimming pool with comfortable beds and umbrellas , seven minutes walk from big supermarket, with ping pong and bowl game place and equipment for free. We like two floors our accommodation where our family can rest from each other. Every accommodation has table and chairs outside to eat and play table games. Bus stop is opposite the hotel , beds was good, shower was strong. They organized ready food van different for each day’s of week. Excellent place for family. Recommend….

I wish hotel could organize one day per week trip to your local zoo, because there is difficult to get there by public transport….

Clean, well equipped with all necessary appart hotel with drive in access (without a car it doesn't make sense). Secured parking fee of charge, kitchinette has all the stuff, nothing bad to say. We only stayed one night, for a family overnight stay en route from the north to the south it did the job pretty well and was absolutely worth the money.

I'm less sure about vacation appartement capabilities of the place. They seem to be positioned as a family vacation appart hôtel with a pool, terrasses and stuff but location is kind of dubious in this regard. Pretty much in the middle of nowhere, a bit far from anything interesting, hard to judge which touristic facilities can be accessible from there but I'm not aware of any. Bordeaux airport is really close. It's not a huge one so there are not so many flights but if you keep the window open, you can be sure that you will get waken up by a plane taking off in the morning. Was not really a huge problem in our case but definitely a factor to take into account.

Big and nice apartment in very two floors.

The fact that the apartment wasn't sparkle clean. But as I haven't booked in advance I can't complain much. And the fact that they haven't replied for my request until the next day after I already left, I asked for a baby crib or travel cot and I had to sleep in the same bed as my baby because it was not provided in time.

Location was v handy to the airport. We visited a château vineyard while we were there, approx 20 mins away by taxi. Staff were great, v friendly and helpful.

Nice staff, warm welcome, clean place, large room/bathroom (actually an apartment with small kitchen), free parking place in courtyard, good food (breakfast included), free WiFi.
