Perfectly comfortable for a one night stay before an early morning flight from the airport. Very convenient to park onsite and drive 5 mins to the hire care return at BOD. Rooms are VERY small which is not a criticism, it is what it is, but luggage will take up a bit of your floor space. perfectly well appointed, in a basic, IKEA kind of way. There is a tram stop literally right outside, so you could go right into Bordeaux city. We caught it 2 stops up the road to the shopping centre where ALDI is located and had a really quite good Italian meal at a pleasant restaurant next door. There is actually a reasonable Range of restaurants around the area, with an English style pub restaurant right across the road from the hotel. You Actually don't feel cutoff from things like you would at an airport hotel at, say, Heathrow.

We thought at first there was no hot water, but it took literally 10 mins to come through. I had to leave the shower running while I had a shave etc. and eventually it came through fairly hot and strong.

great apartment hotel a few minutes from Bordeaux airport. nearby restaurants walking or short car journey we popped into Buffalo grill got takeaway highly recommended. clean comfortable beds decent shower. unfortunately we did not have the breakfast due to a very early flight.

please please put a kettle in the rooms, I know this is an extra expense but it makes all the difference to travellers to be able to make a hot drink, especially if you are booked for early flight.

We stayed in room 129. The room is small, but adequate (especially for one night). The room has recently been refreshed (in fact the whole facility seems to be in the process of being refreshed). The main reason we stayed here was that it was close to the airport. The tram stop is just 100 metres away, there is a machine at the tram stop to purchase tickets (1.90 Euro to the airport).

Be aware that you can hear the aeroplanes taking off and landing, though that was not a loud noise. The curtains were not actually large enough to totally cover the window.

Good location with proximity to the airport and tram line, inexpensive and good quality given it was the lowest price option available that still boasted a minimum level of decency. Room was fairly spacious and clean, lots of storage and would easily fit two people living together. Ability to check-in at the early hours of the morning.

Curtain doesn't close all the way, no shutters on the windows and bright lights means your room is lit up during the night. Also the bathroom is a wet room, so once you've had a shower the floor is very wet. Lock on the door didn't feel entirely secure and I was on the ground floor, which meant any time someone walked past it felt like they could enter the room.

20 minutes walk to airport security. Clean, very comfortable bed. Adequate shower room. With shower gel. Good wifi. Good aircon. Exactly what you want for a airport stay.

Currently under renovation and the stairs to my room, exterior, were only accessible via a rough patch of dug out concrete. Not great at 03.30 in the pitch dark, and can't see the huge hole you're about to fall in. Should have been made safer with a temporary overnight fix, especially considering the clientele wandering about at all hours.

Staff were very nice & helpful. Room was clean, access easy and within 1 tram stop or 15 minute walk to the airport

It is more like a motel. I had a ground floor room and there were lots of cars in and out but not late at night. I discovered quite late that the bathroom didn't have towels. Reception was closed but when I contacted reception in the morning it was rectified immediately.

1. Air conditioning- 10/10 rate. It beats the 4 and 5 start hotels. As the AC actually cooled the room properly. Unlike the 4 and 5 star hotels we’ve been to, where the AC has a maximum limit and you won’t even feel the coolness when the weather outside is over 30 degrees. 2. Cleanliness- 9/10 rate. the room and shared kitchenette were both spotless However, i noticed the bin in the kitchen and our rooms were not emptied. So we emptied our bins on our last day and brought it downstairs to the main bin area . ( 3 flight of stairs or 64 steps to be exact:)) no Lift. not a big deal though. 3. Tv 9/10: the room has a smart TV with netflix and youtube. 4. wifi 10/10: very fast and reliable. 5. staff: 9/10: we never met any staff but they do reply via messages quite promptly. message via booking app or whatsaap. 6. check in 10/10: They send you a link to click with check in information . If you read it properly the check in process is very straight forward .. You find the building .. you put the code in.. you go to the floor where they instruct you to, you put the code on the key box, you take the key and Viola! you’re in.

1. Pillows .. there were two pillows. Would have liked an option for more. 2. Iron; if you do not have a travel steamer and plan to bring clothes that may need freshening up, there is no option to iron your clothes… but there are plenty of places around to get your laundry done and ironing .. with a price :) 3.Supplies: we just ran out of toilet rolls on our last day so not a big issue but there was no info if the toilet rolls were going to be refilled or you have to buy your own refill:)) 4. Stairs : if you’re not a fan of stairs, 64 steps up and down:) you might want to consider this. we didn’t mind it.

Good location for the airport and the tram. Very quiet for a hotel so close to the airport. Good to have kitchenette and fridge.. Ideal for a short stay and the staff were really helpful, including early check in and looking after our bags for the day after check out.

Personal preference would be to have staff in reception for longer hours. The current hours may work for business travellers, but for tourism it makes it difficult if you arrive at certain times or need advice/assistance.

The hotel was clean and in good repair inside (though there was construction outside). The location was excellent, just one tram stop from the airport. It was just a one minute walk to the tram stop.

The room was really tight, with no room for even one open suitcase. The bathroom was tiny. I've had a lot of hotel rooms with small bathrooms and I never thought to complain about them, but this one was too small for me.

We stayed when we arrived at Bordeaux airport (10pm arrived) before heading off in the morning - so a simple overnighter. Just one stop on tram or a 13 min walk. Room are small but knew that but very clean, beds very comfortable and just what needed

Nothing, it did what we wanted. Didn’t have breakfast as headed off after picking up hired car and stopped when on main road once left Bordeaux - I like the service stations :)
