The hotel/room was exactly as advertised. It was a clean and comfy enough place to sleep, while situated close to the airport. We didn't avail in the breakfast options, but they seemed to have a good selection, perfect for an early flight breakfast.

As stated, the room was exactly what I expected it to be. It's a budget hotel, so you do lose a few amenities that might be more common place in other hotels. The shower is the bedroom (which is fine, though I do wonder about long time exposure from steam to the tv and cables.) There was no hairdryer provided, which was probably my only complaint about the experience. I take for granted that most places provide this. (There also didn't appear to be any laundry facilities, which is fine. I don't think the hotel advertised having any. But we got caught in a storm on the way and we were completely soaked through.) It would have been a bonus, but again, I understand it wasn't advertised.

Even though my flight was late and I didn't reach the airport until midnight, the Receptionist made me really welcome. I also liked the fact that the hotel is just 14 minutes walk from the airport - or a taxi would cost about ten euros.

The 'window' for breakfast could be larger as breakfast was only served until 09.30 which is not brilliant if you have a late arrival - 10.30 would be much better. Sadly, having requested a gluten free breakfast - which was confirmed as being available- there was no g/f bread or rice cakes available. However the coffee machine was great!

Perfect location for the airport, 5 minute drive, 20 minute walk or even has the tram outside. Quite "Funky" style rooms with the shower cubical actually in the bedroom, so could be a bit awkward if not happy with people seeing you getting in and out of the shower... Didn't have breakfast but had a pizza in the evening and it was quite nice considering it was ready in five minutes.

Nothing, perfect for what we needed. Stop off on-route to the South of France to collect family member from the airport.

A very well proportioned room that was spotlessly clean. It included a separate toilet which was ideal. The hotel is also ideal for the airport and tram and Bus to the railway station. The breakfast was very good indeed, in fact enough choice for every taste.

Unfortunately, the only electric plug in the room was so far from the mirror it was not easy to blo-dry my hair properly. One beside the bed would be ideal.

Value to price, the booking was a very good selection. As with several hotels in this area, they are very conveniently located to the tram. When booking, the proximity to the Bordeaux airport was a noise concern, however the noise was not a concern while staying.

During check-in, I felt the gate was a little confusing. At first, I noticed was the number keypad and card sensor. Maybe a sign stating .. Guest Registration. Press here for reception. Or maybe a sign that designated an area backed away from the gate as... Registration - 5 minutes parking. While I desired to leave, someone else had stopped at the gate to check-in. I was in no hurry, so it was really only a minor inconvenience to wait as they completed registration.

Our flight was cancelled so it was a last minute check in. The gentleman on reception was very helpful and kind enough let us get into the room early as we were so tired from spending hours waiting bar the airport since 5am. Location was good for the airport - a short 10 minute walk Bar with seating outside was nice in the evening

The shower is open plan next to the bed which is not ideal but I’ve seen this is many different hotels.

Location was prefect. We stayed one night and as airport stay over's go this hotel served its purpose for us. Extremely good value, breakfast was lovely and served very early which suited our am flight. Room spotless, small and beds very comfortable.

Its perfect for one or two nights only. Rooms small but as we had done our home work we knew what to expect and over all I would stay again.

Breakfast buffet and we’ll done. Location excellent by tram which stopped right at corner of hotel. Bit farther to walk from airport than expected. Took taxi from airport to find hotel. Once knew about tram system was safe and easy travel back to airport for onward travel. Would use again 😀

Proximity to the airport for a very early morning flight to Amsterdam and on to Canada. Access to a taxi that was waiting for us at the requested, very early, time of day.

The smell of some cleaning product led us to request a room change which was easily accommodated. However, the smell lingered in the second room. Would it be possible to change the cleaning product?

Super quiet, clean and comfy . Had a great night sleep. In top floor and nice view out of window . Used for a stop over for the airport, so fine size room for a night or two. We were using it just to sleep before flight so we're very happy with the room and most important thing for us, was to be able to get a good night sleep

Could have done with plug socket each side of bed and wasnt sure if air-conditioning was working.
