Without a doubt. The Best low budget hotel we have stayed in. And we have stayed in many. Nearly all staff were friendly and helpful. Hot drinks available in room. Large room with large comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom and shower. Bar in reception, and not overpriced. Seating outside was very nice . Plenty of parking.

Not a lot. The outside of the property wasn't that inviting. And It may put some people off. Shame, as the rooms and everything else is lovely. All the rooms seem to be outside access. Some area's need tidying. One member of staff was a bit off when we were checking out. But may have been a language thing. When my wife spoke to her. ( In fluent French ) She was more helpful.

Great location, within a 5 minutes walk from a tram station that leave you at the airport in 10 minutes. There are supermarkets and restaurants in a walking distance, even some fast-food joints if you arrive late at night. But even better than the location is the service, the comfy bed and AC makes for a great sleep, it’s been a while since I had such a good night. The complementary water bottles were just what I needed after a long flight. The room even has its own boiler so you can have one of the instant coffees they give you in each room. A fantastic experience, sadly it was only for one night but if I ever get back to Bordeaux I make sure to book the same room. Thank you for all your service.

All staff were welcoming and friendly. Very good cooked and continental breakfast at a very reasonable rate. Nice bar with tv. Rooms were quiet, very good free Wi-Fi, kettle in room and much needed good air conditioning. The hotel is 2 mins away from Chemin Long tram stop with excellent connections to the city centre & the airport.

Most things were good however every night we had to go back to reception so they could re-activate our room key - this happened on all 4 nights we were there.

The location near the airport. There is ample parking. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Large shower. Helpful staff. Easy walk to tram for centre of Bordeaux. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

The bedroom was warm during the night, but we weren't able to change the temperature on the air conditioning. The bar closed at 9pm which was disappointing as there were no other bars nearby

Staff very helpful and friendly. Comfortable and clean beddings and pillows. Room was clean and very close to the tram stop. Overall a good one night stay. Staff offered an umbrella when it started drizzling as we were about to step out, and thanks to her, otherwise we would have drenched totally.

Needed a hotel handy for the airport which this is, although it is 30euros for a very short ride. The snack bar and drinks stop serving at 10pm which was disappointing as we arrived late. Pleasant staff and whilst it is a basic motel, the room was a decent size with a very comfy super king size bed and lovely big shower.

Lady at reception (Sophie?) exceptionally helpful. Fixed for very early morning pick up for airport and arranged for a room on ground floor for taxi to pick up from. Room clean and comfortable, location perf3ct for airport.

The kyriad was perfectly positioned for my son and I to attend a medical rdv in merignac. It was incredible value for money. Our rooms were side by side, very clean and relatively quiet considering. The breakfast was amazing with a huge range to choose from. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.

We just stay for one night, staff were very polite with good English, breakfast was good, plenty to choose from and tasty, beds were comfy, room big enough for the 3 of us, really nice bathroom and shower with instant hot water and loads of it! All room was good and clean enough! Location is perfect for us, just a few minutes from the motorway, easy to find and free car park
