The residence was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The bed was comfy and I found everything I needed inside the room, including the small kitchen, coffee machine, kettle and hairdryer. The place is nearby the line A stop "Hotel de Ville Merignac" and with this tram you can reach the centre of Bordeaux in 30 min.

One night my tv switched on by itself at 2am and startled me! I think it might have been programmed to wake up a previous client, or maybe someone in the next room switched mine instead of his by mistake (?). Anyway, I unplugged it and then it was fine.

Rather large studio with all necessary equipment to spend several days. Liked the warm and efficient welcome by Margot who answered all my questions and made sure that I was properly installed. That's real service, thank you. Also liked the "cleaning pack" left on the kitchen's sink that includes detergent, sponge, garbage bags as to make sure you keep the place clean and tidy. In the bathroom, there was another "welcome kit" containing soap, shampoo, body gel and hydrating cream, delicate touch that is highly appreciated by the traveler. The kitchen is properly equiped to cook simple meals. You can open the window to ventilate the room after cooking. The wall heater in the bathroom allows hand-washing laundry and fast drying. Liked the thick and plushy towels. Place is well secured and properly maintained. Conveniently located for grocery shopping with Lidl, Aldi, Auchan and Decathlon within a 2-km radius.

Only 2 coffee capsules. No hair dryer. No iron. Small and tired electric kettle. Dodgy toilet flush. The reception was closed from Friday 17:00 till the following Monday morning because the site manager was away on holiday and the second-in-charge had to take the weekend off for a well-deserved rest. Hard to believe the HQ didn't anticipate this situation and dispatch an off-site staffer as to ensure service and business continuity.

Although it seems much smaller than pictures on website shows, still good value for money. 6 minutes walk to bus stop that take you to city centre.

We were visiting friends nearby but a bit too far to Bordeaux City centre. WC is not next to bathroom for washing hands.

If you’re staying in Mérignac, this is the best option you have to stay! The location is great, and it’s close to both a bus stop and a tram stop that can take you to Mérignac centre and Bordeaux centre, quick an easy! For longer stays, such as mine, there’s a really good laundry room. If there’s anything you need, hosts Camille and Margaux are extremely helpful, communicative, and kind. The apartment was really comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Definitely the best stay in Mérignac!

Everything was great!

Lovely clean studio flat, which had everything I needed. Location was excellent for my needs, although I did have a car. Parking was easy on the reserved space. The patteserie just down the road was a must for breakfast. Facilities were excellent, and finding my way to the studio at 10pm was easy with the instructions provided.

It was hot, so I probably could have done with a fan to aid sleeping.

Close to the airport. The accommodation is as shown in the photos. Lots of space and very comfortable. Black-out blinds, fridge, separate bathroom/toilet. A small gym to get a workout in. Laundry facilities.

It's about 30-45min into Bordeaux city by tram so, a little far if you want to go into the city centre regularly.

The room was as described, and they were not lying. It was peaceful, cozy, and warm.

The staff do not speak a word of English or any language other than French. Even though it is a tourist destination, they don't bother about it.

Everything was good apart from the toilet tissues you get one tissue. But everything was good.
