It was a great little suite with a small but functional kitchenette. The room was simple but super clean and excellent value for the money. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly. They helped my book a taxi to the airport for a very early flight the next morning. The hotel is close to the tram that goes direct to the airport or downtown and public transit is very easy and less than 2 euros per trip. I can't think of a single thing to complain about

We were warmly welcomed with big smiles and politeness by Ornella and the team at Reception, just minutes before their lunch break, making us feel like we had arrived home. Ornella responded to our two messages before arrival very quickly and in detail, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Additionally, we were able to purchase tram return tickets to Bordeaux at a reduced price directly from Reception. We especially appreciated the spacious room with its practical layout and ample electrical sockets. The full-length mirror on the wall, in addition to the one above the wash basin, was very convenient. The extra-large double bed was a pleasant surprise, as most hotels offer smaller-sized beds. Additionally, there was a kettle with tea sachets provided. From our window, we had a clear view of our car parked at the rear of the building, and there were access codes to enter the hotel after Reception closed, which made us feel safe during our stay. We will be staying here again during our next long weekend trip to Bordeaux at the end of June 2024!

The WC without a window was a bit small, but we liked that the shower cabin and wash basin were separate, allowing us to use the facilities without waiting for our turn.

Decent facility, especially if one must be near the airport. Clean, relatively spacious rooms, quiet (if away from street side). Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. No AC, but a good and very quiet fan. Comfortable bed. Breakfast good value at €10 pp. Free parking. A surprisingly pleasant and quiet area for a stroll. A popular upscale pub on block away. I stayed for a total of 5 nights over 3 weeks.

I missed a toaster at breakfast, as well as fresh fruit. City center some 45' by tram, but this was known.

Value for money. Staff were lovely, really efficient and friendly. Spotlessly clean and the breakfast was decent, in that it was good quality and a great selection of food. We would readily return if back in the area. This place is amazing value.

Not enough utensils, sharp knives and only one glass type. We needed champagne flutes and wine glasses! (It was a special occasion). Apart from that. Superb.

Very bare bones room. No simple amenities, not even coffee. Breakfast starts late for an airport hotel, 6:45AM and it’s not mentioned anywhere in property description. Luckily, desk rep allowed us to select some leftover items at checkin since our room included breakfast.

This isn’t a fancy hotel but the rooms were a good size, it was quite close to the airport, 5 mins from the nearest tram stop (1 stop from the airport). Don’t get a taxi. It was 1km from the airport and we were charged €32!!!!!!!!!! I thought London was a rip off!!!!! Lovely big bed - super king in English sizes - kitchenette facilities etc. Price was much better than in Bordeaux and room MUCH bigger than the one we stayed in in central Bordeaux.

Big comfy bed. Not far from the airport (25 minute walk) and nice friendly welcome from receptionist. I did find a fast food burger place and restaurant nearby for food. Little kitchenette handy for keeping drinks cold and heating food etc.

Shame there wasn't an English movie channel on the TV as I wasn't going anywhere, was only there for a flight. Not much around the area.

We decided to stay one night close to airport before our flight which was around 6am. Airport is in walking distance (200-25 minutes). Room was clean, the same as shower and toilet. In kitchen all needed equipment, including tea and coffee. Our request for baby cot was fulfilled. Room was warm, any noises were not disturbing. 100% recommended for one night stand.

It's new, spacious, clean and has a kitchenette and a parking . Very convenient for those who want to stay near the airport., only ten minutes.. Comfortable beds It's only hotels around.

No hair dryer in the room. I suppose reception may have, but when I needed it, reception was closed
