We were arriving about 10 am from a ship and the hotel had said they would store our luggage until our room was ready.. There was a tram stop right across from the hotel and our plan was to go back down to the heart of Bordeaux for the day. A very pleasant lady , who spoke good English, told us our room was ready upon our arrival at 10 am so we were able to leave our luggage in our room and go downtown. There was a nice restaurant in the hotel and we ate dinner out in the garden. There was a very good continental breakfast in the morning and a shuttle to take us to the airport which was 5 minutes away. Very pleasant stay

No stability bars in the bathroom for my husband who is disabled so he wasn't able to shower.

Happy that there was gratis transportation to the airport (although the streetcar is one stop away), room was quiet, breakfast was available.

Although there was breakfast, the options were a little picked over, despite the early hour. The restaurant/bar wasn't open on a Friday night (!!!), so I had to walk 10 minutes away for to a VERY busy (and not very good) restaurant. I booked this hotel, frankly, because it advertised a restaurant on-site. I would stay here again, I'd just know ahead of time to make dinner plans and not rely on the hotel.

Wasn't expecting much from this place after reading other reviews but nowhere else was available - we were pleasantly surprised. It's a budget hotel and that's obvious but the staff were friendly, even with a 2am check-in! The breakfast was excellent..freshly squeezed orange juice, boil your own egg, croisssants, choice of bread, fruit, yoghurt, all buffet style and very filling and included in the price. We were on the late Ryanair flight and weren't sure if it was the right decision to stay near the airport or get a taxi and pay for an extra night in the centre but worked out cheaper by the airport and lots of people around doing the same so felt very safe walking from the terminal to the hotel. The tram stop is just outside so easy to get into the centre. I would stay here again.

Spacious rooms, nice bathroom. Good breakfast - Le Patio restaurant is very pleasant Very close to tram stop, convenient for getting to/from airport and into Bordeaux centre, then onto Gare St Jean. Great for stopover/short-term stay

No kettle in the room. I could only get the tourist channel on the TV, but no other channels - advertised as having satellite channels? Not quite comfortable enough for a longer-term stay(ie a week or more)

I can't remember but this is the third or fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is perfect being one stop on the tram from the airport. A bit old and tired but this is reflected in the room price. It is certainly value for money in its category.

Good sized double bed with clean linen. However, the mattress is heavily used on one side so there is a pronounced dip. Does the hotel ever flip the mattresses? That would solve this. Room 227.

Breakfast was far better than expected. Such good choices of food. Plenty of yoghurts, breads, cereals & eggs to cook. Excellent tea choices & good coffee. Lovely fresh citrus water to drink in reception.

Shower was leaking over the floor quite badly, seal & door needed adjustment. Would have been nice to be able to have a tea before bed but no facilities in room or lobby.

Great location for the airport. The shuttle worked very well plus there is the airport to city tram at the hotel door. Breakfast was excellent. And diner for the night was much better than expected. Plus you could easily get the tram into the city highlights if you have time. For a pre flight location, I recommend.

The rooms look a bit tied but we were there for one night so it doesn't really matter. Plus why only paper water cups. More waste.

The bed was fantastic. Finally an hotel that gives you two different size pillows as the hotellerie teaches. Staff was kind and the airport was very closed. 10 minutes waking in my case due to my flight was earlier than the hour of the shuttle bus. In case the shuttle bus is included and you have the tram stop as well just in front of the property. Loved the garden and the fact they have fooseball or ping pong table.

Very nice breakfast. Clean room and hotel Pleasant staff. A/C worked well and a relief on a very hot day. Perfect for a night stay before flying. Close to airport with prompt shuttle. We even dropped off the rental car the evening we arrived and walked back to the hotel since the airport was that close. Nice pub for drinks and dinner down the road. Would stay again whee ed n we are in Bordeaux

Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Our bed was great. We slept really well. Breakfast was really good also although took a bit of time to figure out what was where as our French was limited.

As we arrived at night there was no facility to make it order a cup of tea or coffee which would have been so good as we had a long journey and didn’t arrive until midnight.
