Room very spacious, well appointed and we had a very comfortable sleep.

€20 for one night’s parking. Reception staff we encountered were very “average” and on our arrival (2.30pm), when we asked the gentleman doing our check-in if food was available, he told us the restaurant was closed and would open in the evening. Strangely, shortly after our arrival, when we went to the bar to have a drink, we discovered that food is served there all afternoon… In contrast to our check-in experience, the bar staff were absolutely superb…friendly, professional, efficient and the bar food was very tasty too.

Perfect for late plane arrival, walking distance to hotel and near car hire for the morning. Beautiful setting and landscaping, outdoor seating area gorgeous. Looks and feels new. Lovely big clean comfy rooms.

Chose hotel as shuttle available to airport. Also noted shuttle requirement, when asked for any additional requirements. On arrival no shuttle, so had to walk and informed by reception, shuttle stops at 3pm. On departure 11am, requested shuttle times and informed no shuttle on Tuesdays. On arrival, given incorrect information about food availability. When barman finally acknowledged our existence, stated no food available, although people were eating and reception said bar food was open. Then sent a 5 minute walk around corner for a restaurant, to find it was a 20 minute walk and they had also stopped serving.

The room is very modern and quite. Superb temperature control. Very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast (salt breakfast) was not of my taste (eggs too liquid, sausages too greasy taste). Sweet breakfast OK. I will never understand why the pillows are so big, it creates neck ache in people like me. Can it be included a couple of thin pillows between the thick ones?? THe access to the hotel (I mean the roads) are difficult to find for taxis... There are not many options for restauration in the area. Local restaurant quite expensive for the value (I personally like normal cooking, not so sophisticated)

Great selection at the breakfast buffet with tasty French products and a variety of coffees and teas. Food for dinner was also nice and tasty. Limited selections but with quality. Beds were super comfortable with fluffy pillows and bed covers. Bathroom and room was so clean. Staff was so kind and helpful, especially the restaurant team at breakfast who was hands on, impressive to watch! Thank you for a great stay!

The pool area did not have enough long chairs just as a feedback and issues with the parking area but I believe there were renovations in the main parking area in July.

Bed was super comfy - exactly what we had hoped for on the back of a transatlantic flight! Staff were very friendly and helpful - check in was super efficient and quick. Room was very clean - amenities sufficient (and conditioner provided which is always a bonus!) Breakfast buffet had a very good selection

Difficult to walk to from the nearest tram stop (in the dark) - no signage and we ended up walking down the grassy hill with our luggage at the back of the hotel which was not a great start!

Very good breakfast with a variety of options to suit most tastes. Friendly, attentive staff, possibly a little too quick off the mark sometimes as my remaining orange juice, cereal bowl and napkin / cutlery were cleared whilst I was getting my main selection on the first day! A good evening meal was enjoyed , along with a few drinks in the bar, again with excellent, friendly staff. Reception staff too were all very helpful and professional. The location was great especially for my purpose with good signage for walking from and to the airport. Perhaps a little far from the centre for some. A tram stop for the girl would be helpful, rather than having to walk back to the airport or the stop further down on Rue Catherine Aigle.

Nothing really. The only thing was the emergency evacuation at 04:35 am due to a ‘technical’ issue which was not explained or acknowledged at check out. Disturbed an otherwise very good sleep! Thought there may have been some automatic compensation, as it was not an actual fire issue but rather a system fault? Having only a small amount of free time available, I was much later getting up and going in the morning, leaving insufficient time to make another trip onto the city.

Perfect if you have a morning flight, small walking distance to the airport, literally just walk over the parking. Beautiful room, decorated and equipped to latest standards, even including wireless charging for your phone on the desk. AC in the room works perfectly, keeping the temperature to your preference, with little to no noise. Bed very comfortable and one of the biggest showers I've ever seen.

If I really have to nitpick, I would reccomend having the option to turn off all the small standby lights in the room. See, the blackout curtains make the room fully dark, which in turn makes the lit up buttons on the AC controls seem like they are extremely bright. Not great if you're a light sleeper. I've just thrown a T-shirt over it!

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful.

The lighting in the bedrooms was far too complicated and difficult to manage. The floor of the shower in room 102 was very slippery, rather dangerous for elderly people and I pointed this out to the charming manager at reception as we left! It was very odd to have absolutely no information on the hotel's facilities in the bedroom and if you had not read all the details when booking you would have no idea that there was a pool and spa facilities on the top floor.

Spacious, very comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities, and a little fridge in the room, which was much appreciated. Fantastic shower and I had a great night’s sleep on the comfy bed. I had a three course lunch with the set menu—one of the best meals I had during my week in France. The restaurant team and service were great, as was the front desk team and shuttle service to the airport. I thought the room rate and set menu were excellent value for money, as it felt like a nice bit of luxury to end my holiday week in the region, with an early flight home the next morning. So close to the airport too (walkable in ten minutes if you don’t want to take the shuttle). I’m looking forward to staying there again!

Nothing to not like!

It is a very nice hotel but served by some employees who do not show any interest. They see that there is a queue at the reception with usually tired people who do not feel like waiting until someone pays attention to them. Because the employees are talking on the phone non-stop and amuses himself with personal things. Thank you, but that's not what I paid for the room. What's more surprising is that they said that they don't have a parking lot and that we should park at our own risk since the whole street was occupied by cars with their guests. The street is very winding and without signs until you reach the hotel.It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the airport. in the conditions in which I took it on the street among the cars and through the car park, totally uncivilized.
